send as stealth only after 10/8

StealthCoin 1.3.0.0 With Stealth Addresses and LevelDB
StealthAddresses necessitate a new kind of transaction in the block chain, which all clients on the network must recognize. For this reason, StealthAddresses will not go into effect for StealthCoin until 11:00 PM October 8, 2014 MST. They are, however, fully incorporated into the wallet with release 1.3.0.0.

Oh, I missed this. But do you have problem sending out coins as I do? Everytime I try to send coins out it would lock my wallet again.

do you uncheck the box "for staking only"?

Hey I unchecked and now it's work! Man you're good. Before the update I don't have to do the uncheck.

Are there any problems you guys know about XST not completing transactions? I and somebody else I know off are having troubles transferring coins between exchanges. I'm trying to move from Poloniex to Bittrex. The other guy was going in the opposite direction?

do you received and confirmed an email to complete transfers between exchanges?

With Poloniex I'm asked to confirm an email before the transaction is instigated. I have done that. I've been assigned an agent at Polloniex that says he is dealing with the matter and has told me to be patient.

I have a hard time sending coins out of my new wallet, it's unlocked and every time I try to send the coins out it would lock again. The coins going nowhere and the wallet would lock again, also, when I try to send as Stealth this it would give error. Anyone have the same problem?

I need to take the "Stealth This" button out. It's left over from some earlier plans. Every time I release I forget to do it. That button will never work.

Stealth addresses are created when you create a new receiving address:

That button will not be active until 11 PM MST Wednesday October 8, 2014. If you do not see that button, you should upgrade to the latest version immediately.

If your wallet is locking up, then you may have too many staking transactions for automatic selection of inputs. Your best bet would be to use coin control to consolidate inputs and then send. Alternatively, you can sort inputs by size in coin control and select big ones for the send. At some point you will want to consolidate if you stake your wallet. I have to do it every couple of weeks.

As someone mentioned on last page: Cryptsy wallet is under maintenance, I cant deposit/withdraw and also Bittrex is having problems as stated above.

Anyone able to get in touch with the devs to help the exchanges solve this quick?

Thanks in advance.

Hey All,

Is there a working block explorer?  The ones in the OP have different block counts and the one seems to not have processed blocks starting sometime earlier today.  I'm probably working the ticket mentioned above Smiley

Thanks,

Ryan @ Bittrex

This one has Argakiig's name in it: http://explorer.argakiig.us/

Based on that fact, is there any question which is correct?

The block explorer at http://blockexperts.com/xst seems to be down right now. We'll try to get in touch.

Poloniex is having problems as well.

All of the exchanges are updating to the new release (1.3.0.0). It uses the crypto++ library which seems to give them a hard time. I helped mintpal get a working wallet yesterday. I haven't been contacted by any other exchanges, except that cryptsy put in a pull request at github, making me think that they had a successful build. Poloniex may have only started on it tonight. Edit: Argakiig has been in close contact with bittrex today, so I believe they should have a working wallet right now.

Mintpal are a joke. Totally unprofessional. Anyone trading on mintpal, in my view, is taking a huge risk. A previously compromised trading platform that totally mismanaged its relaunch. Just my view but I really don't see the value.

Lets all make some noise to get on another, more respected exchange. Links posted a couple of pages back.

I haven't seen anything from the Mintpal staff that suggests they are credible enough for me to put any amount of money on their servers. Their continued mismanagement of the roll-out only reinforces my opinion that they are not competent enough.

Unfortunately all altcoins exchanges are totally unprofessional.
But mintpal was the best of all until the problem with vericoin happen
She lost a lot of volume to bittrex, but I hate the bots from bottrex.
They are able to prevent coin appreciation as I think is happening with stealthcoin.
These 60 days without fees on mintpal, take the entire volume back and it will make xst achieve true price should be easier without those bots.
Another important point of mintpal v2 will be FIAT markets, with currencies of various countries.
I'm sure this will popularize very altcoins that are there as stealthcoin too
