For some reason I am unable to send my coins from local wallet to the exchange.
All my attempts are ending with following error message:

Anyone got a clue why is this happening?

That sounds like you have too many inputs and the created transaction would be too big.

Try sending a lower amount, you could send several transactions if needed. Or you can enable advanced options and choose the exact inputs for your TX.

And I've already added all the nodes provided by pablotextoris

You got to have something wrong as I can see still one connection alive - the last address in my list

another question - from within the local wallet i can see that transactions are confirmed already but coins did not arrive to the target address yet

is there any working CAPTcoin block explorer alive still, so I can check the transactions?

Hello. This is my 1st login.  I can't seem find any information pertaining to the current (2016) value of CAPTcoin.  Is there an online, up to date calculator?

Or ..can someone tell me the trade value of 325.859078 CAPTcoins?

I'm only getting 1 connection (sometimes 0) and the CAPTcoin wallet bogs my system down horribly.  I'm tring to hang in there for this coin but.. I'd much rather have CPU speed! lol

yes correct, just place it in the 1st level of the data folder for CaptCoin, which will be found in %appdata% if you running the wallet with -datadir specificied.
It should while named "bootstrap.dat" pickup and import from where your current blockchain is upto. This should be the simplest and quickest route to get wallet going.  make sure to add the nodes i posted above to catch up the last few days after the import is done.

Is this coin officially dead now? I still hold tens of thousands of CAPTcoin in a private key (not staking). Can I throw away the private keys now?

Will a coin swapping be organized (e.g. CAPTcoin 2.0) or just announce this coin has been dead?

P.S. The market volume is very low and the price difference between bid and ask are very big. Maybe improve this first?

Thank you Bannedseller. Fortunately my city wasn't hit too severely but other cities around weren't so lucky. Because crypto-currencies are banned here in Ecuador donations can be done only in fiat (USD). Yes I can convert them and make a donation in USD to the Red Cross Ecuador or the Risk Management Minister. However we'd need to dump the CAPT for BTC and then sell the BTC. A huge amount of CAPT would be required to have a non-despicable USD amount and that would crash the CAPT market. How many CAPTs do you want to donate? Any BTC maybe?

Unfortunately my CAPTs are in paper wallets... I'll PM my private keys to dev after the message. There's totalling more than a hundred thousand of CAPTcoins.
