Hi, why stake coins are lower than balance? that is to say, why not stake all my coins in spite of they are mature?

because when staking, the chances are on each unspent output not the entire balance
the more unspent outputs (nodes/piles) you have in your wallet, the more chances you're getting staked coins
the older the coinage, the higher chance your pile getting staked (though I'm not so sure about this)
the amount of staked coins related to the age of the coin & the size (amount in a pile)

i can not agree with that statement

now that CAPT is on bittrex,it will be noticed by more people,when they do a little research they can't deny the facts.
this coin is not in the hands of a few people,DEV is very dedicated,and doing a great job

so if they want more then a few hunders coins solving captcha's is not an options unless you have plenty of time and patience.
