So there have been some pretty serious exits from BTCD in the last day, two ~5k dumps.  Nobody concerned by this or the 25% loss of value?

Yes, I am concerned that it isn't enough to fill my buy orders :/
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The latest shift for the BitcoinDark multipool paid out over 20 BTCD.

We have the new multipool now running full steam so now all my pool's hash rates are combined and already showing great results and payments are flowing. This should increase and stabilize the profitability.

Any problems, please PM as I may miss your post.

Cheers!

Anyway, the problem is, I don't have full permissions acces at reddit, to add new MODs. However, I can at least edit the menu. So If you kindly ask me and send me some prepared data, I can update it. For new admins you need to contact en-joi, only he can add them

I think there's still more big BTCD holders who couldn't exit due to shortage on liquidity in BTCD.
10K BTCD is less than 1 % of total BTCD supply and I don't think that is a serious exit in a coin with 1M market cap.

There was a wallet with little more than 10K which is gone by now and I think that's who exited few days ago.
And 25% loss of value is not that meaningful as major trade took place on pretty much usual price range (around 0.004).

I just hope that usual daily trading volume for BTCD stays at 20 BTC so that quitters can quit and new comers can join without worrying / being bothered about their entry/exit.
Anyway, quitters will keep quitting while devs will keep developing and when both are done, I believe that price will soar higher.

Hey guys, as you know the 3D printing store www.ISG3D.com is now accepting BTCD BitcoinDark payments.

We know it is not everyone that can afford a 3D printer, and for that reason we have decided to launch a new line of products dedicated to the cryptocurrency community! In the next few days, we will start 3D printing a new line of 3D Printed Phone Case for Altcoins!

I think it is going to be great because people will be able to spend cryptos for something they like and that they can use everyday!

Here is the announcement on Twitter: https://twitter.com/ISG3D/status/563593617324118016

Small peak at the 3D Render for BTCD BitcoinDark.... I really like that one by the way this is one of my favorites, nice logo!

Is there anything wrong with multipool?
2 days now it says 0 shares for my address,  sha256

The pool has been updated and moved to a new system. That is the legacy one which I forgot to redirect an old sub domain for the website. All the stratum ports were seemlessly redirected into the new site:

Well said!  And, it appears you were spot on.... another 1500 coins were dumped a couple hours ago.  There are clearly some individuals who do not want this coin to succeed.....  Once the tech is tried and true and we're all anonymously sending coins through the aether, they'll be sorry they sold Smiley

The latest shift for the BitcoinDark multipool paid out over 33 BTCD.

We have the new multipool now running full steam so now all my pool's hash rates are combined and already showing great results and payments are flowing. This should increase and stabilize the profitability. As always, the more mining support the better the payouts!

Any problems, please PM as I may miss your post.

Cheers!

The latest shift for the Xpool Multipool paid out over 9 DRK, 28 BTCD, 5 FIBRE & 0.011 BTC.

We have the new multipool now running full steam so now all my pool's hash rates are combined and already showing great results and payments are flowing. This should increase and stabilize the profitability

DRK Miners that use X11, get paid DRK above and beyond what I mention here. This is because when we find a DRK block, you instantly get allocated your DRK share and it gets paid within a few hours of a block maturing. You don't need to wait for any exchanging so you'll get more frequent DRK payments as more DRK blocks are found.

Anyone can add an additional payout addresses to get your mined coins sent to you direct, instead of exchanged. You can also choose to split your earnings between any of our payout currencies!

Any problems, please PM as I may miss your post.

Cheers!

The BTCD Community seems to be not around much, I remember the days when everyone was talking about BTCD and now there is hardly anything...

The Supernet thing to me might of been the bust for this coin although I am still waiting on the Telepathy Feature that BTCD is working on.

I am afraid everyone is sitting tight until mainstream releases on SuperNet and BTCD integration are done. Looks like whoever wanted to join is loaded already, dumpers dumping slowly, but the milestone is of cause James and Ko's final product. Until its out, nothing much will happen. We all need that boost, and we're waiting.

+1
The problem is that the wider community won't bother with slack.  People seem to judge alt coins by the activity on bitcointalk (fickle I know!).  So from a marketing PoV I think more discussion should take place here.
