People in Poloniex are complaining about BTCD withdrawals for the last 3 days.
Be careful there.
cryptrader website shows chats for specific coins.
This is what it collected about BTCD from poloniex chatbox

Thanks for the info BitKokos2. However, I think BTCD withdraws are working as I just made a transaction for withdrawal and received a confirmation. I will check my wallet when I get home from work. Also, Polo will usually tell their users in the bulletins that a certain wallet is down for maintenance or just that the wallet is down in general, kind of like Cryptopia.

Maybe small amounts withdraw faster. I remember cryptsy where small amounts could be withdrawn within a day where large amounts could take weeks/months.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

LOL yea all this talk of Polo not withdrawing BTCD does remind me of Cryptsy. At Cryptsy, I remember that larger withdraws wouldn't go through at all or for some random reason I would get half of what I wanted. It was almost like they were staking with the very BTCD wallet that hinged upon their customer's withdrawals/deposits for their exchange service. Still not home yet just taking a break. I don't have the BTC to spend on more BTCD today. How much were you withdrawing just curious? Usually, Polo is pretty transparent about this stuff.

Update: I checked my wallet and found that the withdrawal went through  Smiley.

Anyone suspect BTCD will ever reach its ATH of over $5 USD? If so, why and when? Thanks.

Why, coz BTCD is like selling 'shovels' to all the other blockchains, every blockchain based application  will need to use the middleware tech jl777 has created to stay competitive

When, I'd say another 6 months, jl777 is finishing everything first and not launching a half made product.

BTCD is for patient people who do research

This sounds reasonable, thanks for the feedback. I'm quite a big holder of BTCD. I remember the hype pre-BTCD becoming the middleware tech and scooped up as much as I could. I also believe BTCD can be at center-stage one day. Development takes time but hope the BTCD-vortex of all things crypto related does not get lost in the dust by new hyped tech that keeps pushing out. Software eats everything, including older software.

I've always thought about using Bittrex just make enable 2fa, otherwise your account can get hacked.

When you stake BTCD with an open/unlocked wallet you get dividents every week or every two weeks.
