here just an idea of different documents which could prove that GES or other NIERS are using URO to sell their UREA.
Commercial documents
- Quotation (provided by exporter)
An offer to sell goods and should state clearly the price, details of quality, quantity, trade terms, delivery terms, and payment terms.
- Sales contract (It is a legally binding document)
- Pro Forma Invoice
An invoice provided by a supplier prior to the shipment of merchandise, informing the buyer of the kinds and quantities of goods to be sent, their value, and importation specifications
- Commercial Invoice
It should give details of the goods sold, payment terms and trade terms. It is also used for the customs clearance
- Packing List
- Inspection Certificate
A report issued by an independent surveyor (inspection company) or the exporter on the specifications of the shipment, including quality, quantity, and/or price, etc; required by certain buyer and countries.
- Insurance Policy/ Certificate
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS include also "commercial invoice"
Pre-Arrival Fertiliser Information
Transport document
- Shipping Order
- Dock Receipt
- Bills of Lading - An evidence of contract between the shipper of the goods and the carrier.
- House Bill of Lading
Financial Documents
we all know there must be some financial documents as well, but maybe URO Foundation would like to tell us the difference between regular shipment between bank/importer/exporter and shipment which does not have these documents because its paid in URO.
How does that document looks like? do you have an example of those documents?
Is URO accepted as a currency when shipping the goods from HK to India? Customs in India receive the goods, check the documents and say "oh yeah, URO...approved"
