Walk alot and do yoga about 3 times per week.  Used to do alot of jogging but unless you are able to jog on the beach it can be pretty tough on the joints.

Make your daily (or almost daily) workout a routine. Once you make something a routine, It is very easy to keep doing it even if you feel lazy or tired. My workout routine is to do calisthenics every 2 days, and run for 15 min on the days between that. For calisthenics I do 8 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 8 dips and repeat that 8 times each, with 20 sec rest between each exercise. I don't care about looking big like people who lift weights, I just want to be healthy, have more functional strength for everyday life and look more lean.

All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.

I lift weights in a home gym at 0400 everyday for 30-45 min. Then I either get on my treadmill for 30 min. In non summer months I cycle 30-50km every other day.

During Spring/Summertime I like to do outdoorsports like cycling or swimming. During the cold months I prefer the gym.

If it's a good week I manage to do 3 times a week some workouts.

Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes

You don't need to workout much to keep fit, just eat healthy and avoid oily junk food.
