Hey, i have solved the short term disponibility by this way
i sent 22000 faircoin to alcurex -> https://chain.fair-coin.org/tx/3dad6a77285b409d83d0a20d2ba243454900696aa74da00a365eed625d4d64f1
with my compromise of not sell or withdraw this coins, until Alcurex recover the 22000 pending by they own.

For their part, alcurex agreed with this and will get the amount by fees or buying until gets covered and i can move the coins again
