eric did you sell site yet?

I believe the sale is done already, according to the following two posts made by the old and new owners. Smiley

Yes, the sale has been done -- although I've seen been running things for now.

THIS GAME JUST WENT FULL SCAM!!!!

I know the only rule of the Gambling topic is to ignore BBmmBB, but sometimes its hard. The just went through a patch of amazing rolls, and paid out a total of 90 BTC in winnings, without even a delay. I know some people were a bit upset by the new tightened limits put in place, but the site is the furthest thing from a scam.

Just click the little 'ignore' link next to any of his posts and you won't be troubled by him any longer.

dooglus, where did you collect the site stats from? I can't seem to find them displayed on the site.
Are you able to get them because you are a mod and was an investor?

Stats can be seen right here: https://www.moneypot.com/stats

Oh thanks caga. Sorry for another stupid question, on which page can I find that link?
I have search for the main page, the game page and the FAQ page but can't find it.

Even, I can't see the link.

Yeah, Dooglus' involvement in Money Pot is limited to having a blue username with the ability to temporarily mute spammers =D

I informally invested 53 BTC in the bankroll for about 24 hours and made 11 BTC, or in other words 20% overnight. Eric forcibly divested me the next day. Smiley

Also, something about colons.

I've been occasionally collecting moneypot stats:

I can't believe the site is down almost 90 BTC from its peak profit.

So when you say that the site is down 90 BTC, is that good or bad?

Its obviously bad for the site owner. Since the site doesn't have investments, so the house takes care of all player losses and benefits from the wins.

So when you say that the site is down 90 BTC, is that good or bad?

That depends whether you own the site or play on it...

The site lost around 90 BTC today, and a few players won 90 BTC between them.

See this link for a leaderboard showing who has won the most. I keep hearing that Trolljegeren who won around 40 BTC today on the site is AKCoinMiner, and maybe it is.

Well I am saying if that is good or bad for the site owner. Anyway, is 90 BTC a big enough reason for a certain site to shut down?

The site was purchased by a guy Ryan from espringe, and was purchased for 100 BTC. So instead of going from 0 to 90 and back to 0, the site went from 0 to -90 for the new owner. But, it still has not reason to shutdown, as it is simply variance. Even a lot of other gambling sites have had this kind of variance.

What makes you say that? Anyways, the address that made the winning bet for the site contained a couple hundred BTC, so I think the new owner has more funds to invest.

is there only 5btc left in bankroll? what happens if it gets to zero? hope site stays alive. great game concept

What makes you say that? Anyways, the address that made the winning bet for the site contained a couple hundred BTC, so I think the new owner has more funds to invest.

cool, i just thought i read a post saying bankroll went from 90btc to 5 btc

The site's overall profit was ~90BTC before the new owner and it went down to ~6.7BTC as we speak. (source: https://www.moneypot.com/stats)

So it just means he "lost" 100BTC to buy the site and 80+ BTC from the bankroll already. Because the user's won 80+ BTC from his pocket, not from espringe's.

If I did that, doog, the entire forum would have no content for me.. I'm yet to find intelligent life at this site.... Anyone wish to point it out?

Profits at 626,101 bits . Last 2 days have been crazy action for the site. Did AK win most of the profits?

Yeah, AK won 40.7 and Axed won about 30. All in all, just paid out 90 BTC in winning. Rough day for the site, great day for players.
