I'm using NSGminer v0.9.4 on windows. Didn't compile, just downloaded binary.

Have you read your own log? Set up your pool workers first.

Hello. I read main post and github page but I dont know what pool workers are. Where can i find information about setting up pool workers?

A mistake about previous commend, activity may be actually from other computer, i'm not sure.

After altminer.net updated their servers, NSGminer is not able to connect to their servers while sgminer and ccminer work without problems ... Any solution?

This miner is not the fastest for Nvidia or AMD.

For Nvidia ccMiner 8.15(KlausT-mod)

For AMD Gateless gate

The fastest.

The Gateless Gate outputs half performance of NSGminer on Linux with either 17.40 or 16.40 drivers. Haven't tested it any further.

CUDA performance will be improved soon to match and maybe exceed.

I have tried both NSGminer and Gateless Gate in windows..

RX570 750KH

NSGminer
RX480 500KH
RX570 500KH

So it's not the fastest.

I have RX570 and i get 600 KH/s for NeoScrypt using NSGminer
What wrong with your card?
Do you have flashed mod bios and installed Amd blockchain edition driver?

but getting a [17:36:15] Pool 0 is sending mismatched block contents to us (0 is not 2-3)

Is my script right?

Im using an rx560 4gb only getting 270khs on gatelessgate. ive got 1024 stream processors enabled via flashed bios everything else is stock. And running with worksize 256 intensity 1024. Is there any suggestions to increase hash rate on an rx560?

Considering the last public donation was over a year ago, sometimes I ask myself why I should bother with all these requests to get more hash rate.

This is a good question. and after you improve the hashrate of the miner
some others they will steal the code and make their own closed source miner with fee.
I have not much experience on the programmers world but i have notice this happens most of the time.

Having same problem, two ATI rigs can't connect, there is no error, just black screen. Other pools are working ok. ccminer (nvidia rig) connects to altminer.net without problems. Seems like some kind of pool issue, as it was all ok before they updated their servers.

As i'm not only one with this problem ... I noticed in ccminer-64 alterminer.net pool sends MOTD (Message of the Day) during connection. Could that be problem why nsgminer can't connect to that pool?

Bah nevermind. I got it to work by switching to the 64bit miner... but it takes 100% CPU resources so it's not going to work on my rig. Same type of issue that's afflicting the Optiminer-Zero miner for nVidia. Oh well. Back to KlausT!

I'm so lost. I cannot figure out what to do. No matter what I try the miner goes to the 2nd cmd and is blank and nothing happens. Im trying to mine with a gtx 1080 and am completely lost. What am I doing wrong?!
