A server for 40$ can't handle the traffic for long term you need to constanly upgrade the servers to handle the traffic I suggest you to build a server infrastucture build with mac minis if the exchange goes big and it probably will since its anon.

Even if the Vootcoin community helped with the exchange it needs to run on someones name or company since they will make profit with the transcations fee they need to pay taxes and register the exchange to the IRS you can't just run an exchange like that and make profit without paying taxes .

If there will be an exchange Smoke has told that they will run it the  first couple of weeks  to see that everything works as it should. The management will be planned after that.

Have you yet seen an exchange guys?  
If Smoke have an exchange ready for us they will of course let us know and can probably help setting up a temp server.
