Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Each masternode is paid out the exact same amount regardless of how much drk is inside.

So 10MNs with 1k DRK would be 10x as profitable as the 10k.

So I thought it might be cool to upload some pics of my mining operation.  Right now the GPU's are mining SPR and the scrypt asics are mining for BTC which gets converted to SPR  Grin.

I started in the home office with some R9 290's but got quickly kicked out into the garage due to heat and noise.

Once I found the 750ti's I was able to swap out the R9 290's and sneak (4) into the home office computer again!  Shhh - she may not know!  Roll Eyes

How about others load some pics to show off their operation?

Nice farm Wink I am not mining atm, only have my home computer so no exciting pictures from me Wink

I updated the client again.
As was discovered by elbandi it was impossible to create multisig addresses, I fixed this. Also multisig transactions were considered non-standard by network and were not rebroadcasted and not added to block (although they would be accepted if included in block).
If you need multisig addresses then generate them with newer version and wait for more nodes to upgrade before starting using them.
This is not a hardfork.

Thanks, updated client running fine here.

Today is a good day, 8 blocks found in 9 hours, my personal record with my poor 20MH/s rig.

sp_ should release tomorrow the improved nvidia miner for donators, can't wait to see it!

Cheers

Each masternode is paid out the exact same amount regardless of how much drk is inside.

So 10MNs with 1k DRK would be 10x as profitable as the 10k.

Yes, but your "score" will also determine if you get a payment or not:

...Nodes will monitor time delays between receiving transactions and confirmations from masternodes and will assign scores for each masternode according to these delays. This score and deposit amount will affect which masternodes will receive payments.

But as you say, all of them the same amount.
If an MN passes both the SPR amount test and the score test, then it will recieve profit.

I think the score test is just here to ostracize masternode owners who offer the lousiest service when it comes to "instant x speed". (think of it as extra punishment)
But again, this will first attack the people from the "weakest link" - side of things.
The amount deposited is far more important than your score.

I would even assume that a MN with 10k SPR but a lousy score will recieve the profit, while a MN with 100 SPR in it (suppose that's the weakest link) but brilliant score will recieve nothing.
Why? Because the weak MN with the brilliant score only needs a small push to be out of the picture, while the strong MN with lousy score will just fall 500 ranks lower but still remain in the business.

Am I correct, Mr Spread?

What's happening on Bittrex guys?

Low volume sucks....doesn't say much, what I can tell is that if the buy support cracks at 58k satoshis , new price will be 40k satoshis, there is a 5.4 BTC wall at that range, if this 40k sats wall cracks, new price will be 26k sats in a matter of seconds....

It will be a good chance to buy low.

If I had at least 12 BTC to invest I would do that, input some sell pressure, kill the actual price and buy low a lot of SPR....

I just registered at BTER to try and upvote SPR. But as it seems you need this currency called BTR to even be able to vote?
Sucks.

I didn't say that...I've just analyzed the order book and said that low volume don't give us the big picture.

I hope Mr. Spread gives an early heads up, so we can coordinate the testing. This will be such a fun experience.

I find that SPR block size is less than 1/3 of DRK.

Nice setup. What's the power bill like?

It is not bad - between everything - I burn about 1700 watts a day.  I do have solar panels so it offsets the mining and my regular home use.  I average about $50/month in power bill.
