Got +10% - 11% +15.20%. Working the lazy way right now, going for easy pickings, not the big stuff.
Nice work. If you work on the big stuff will you get a big increase or only 5% or something?

I'll likely get a massive increase then, but it's a lot of work that I don't feel like doing right now.

~19.70% on 290X (2.64MH/s to 3.16MH/s).
Ok. Great job in the extra 5%!

26.89% on 290X now - 2.64 to 3.35...

If only I knew kernel programming ;-; (if thats what it is even called).

Once you know C, basic OpenCL mods aren't hard at all. For more advanced GPU dev, it often requires a different way of thinking than CPU dev in C.

I'm ok at Python 2, still gotta learn C here. Maybe one day Cheesy

New settings, stock hashrates went up a bit, as well as modded ones, from both the settings and more edits:

280X: 23.98% gain (2.21MH/s to 2.74MH/s)
290X: 29.92% gain (2.64MH/s to 3.43MH/s)

Modded ones works better.

My new intensity is 23 - I tried 22, 23 seems to work a bit better. Worksize 64, TC 8192.
All I did was -I 21 and I got higher than you? Weird. My card was the bf4 edition.

I have 4x R9 280X Windforce OC Edition, as well as 1 Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X OC Edition card in my AMD mining rig. Each Windforce 280x outputs 1.92MH per card, while the Sapphire card outputs 1.8MH. All are at -I 22.

Try my settings - 1125/1500, worksize 64, I 23, TC 8192.

Well surprise, surprise... all of the cards, including the sapphire card, are all mining at 1.99 MH each with that setup Cheesy Thanks I guess Smiley By the way, my OS on the rig is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, if that has any effect on the hashrate.

How many SPR do I need to run a MN?

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied

That's undetermined yet as MN haven't been released yet Cheesy Probably to hold a MN, there will be a bidding war, so there probably will be no fixed price per MN, but a limited quantity of them.

I have a shitty ref card that does less given identical settings as another non-ref 290X, so idk what it is.
Ah. Mine broke a while ago because of a vanity gen. I think you posted in my thread. Anyway now when I mine I get a ticking sound. Actually I think you posted in my thread on the ticking sound. Maybe both. Smiley

I also get the ticking/high pitched sound when I play high end games such as GTA IV on ICE. (ICEnhancer) Wink

I haven't kept up with this thread for a while.

Any announcements on what will be different (and how) from Darkcoin yet other than the initial whitepaper info?

I'd be grateful if somebody could give me a summary.

Is there an omerta within this community?  All this talk of silence before storms and Spreadcoin to the moon and nobody can tell me what is going on with development!

Surely somebody should be posting what is exciting, new or upcoming about Spreadcoin on each new page to tempt people into buying in?

Explain it to me like I've never heard of the coin before.  Lets say I have 50 BTC sitting in my pocket.  Why would you encourage me to put up some SPR buy walls?  What makes this coin better than other coins?  I just can't find the info!

Well if the MasterNodes are implemented Spread will become a top 10 coin. You are investing in a promise now, that's why Spread is still relatively cheap.
I have a lot of confidence in Mr. Spread. He is a great developer and he will implement MN and other cool features.

In the end it's up to you to make an educated descision on why you want to get into this coin.

The good thing is you already found it, you are still early.  Smiley

Like, one or two pages back, Mr Spread posted a preview of the MN GUI...

Why would introducing masternodes make SPR a top ten coin? Whats better about SPR masternodes?

I do have some Spreadcoin but I have held off buying more because of the lack of information on future development.  Screenshots of GUIs mean nothing.
