it could be that hitbtc was involved in buying ico tokens, but also if they didnt buy any, they still can issue a IOU token on their own exchange....same happened with waves an yobit ...

Its not meaningless actually price will go higher when coin get listed on multiple exchanges.

This is interesting. In theory you may buy IOU's and hold them, then after Tezos token release demand them from HitBTC. What if they don't hold any, or even not enough for everybody? People who trade them now must realize that there may be a massive dump as soon as Tezos announce the date the tokens will be available to withdraw.

I agree that we don't know what will happen when the real tokens hit the market, but one think I want to point out is 5x from ICO price isn't crazy. All you have to do is look at some of the recent decent ICO coins that have hit exchanges.

I think if it hits the exchanges at $1 or so (2x), it will quickly rise up to the current $2-$3 range. It could also land on an exchange and trade at the current IOU price. It's a big ICO with a big idea.

I agree that we don't know what will happen when the real tokens hit the market, but one think I want to point out is 5x from ICO price isn't crazy. All you have to do is look at some of the recent decent ICO coins that have hit exchanges.

for all interested in buying tezos, i recently discovered a page called tokenlot where the post sale of tezos is going on at rate 1 XTZ = 0.01250000 ETH . Did not try their service, so i am not sure if it is a IOU or something.

This rate doesn't seem to be real at all.
At least in 2017.
Maybe later in 2018-2019 we'll see that but not right now, this is for sure.

Do you have information when TEZOS will go on exchanges? They promised to enter the stock exchanges after 4 months after the investment, but there is no information at all

It's a bit surprising for me that they still did not put up at least a new website with all the funding that they got. The good thing about Tezos is many people expect it to grow as something very big and view it as a long term hold, so there shouldn't be much dumping for starters.
