They have unique technology, blockchain and strong team.

No.  They are reinventing the wheel and are so clueless they think they invented it.  Look up Decred.

seriously sorry you didn't look in to decred DCR before investing in this scam Smiley

So many idiots in the world.  Roll Eyes

At this point a class action lawsuit is only going to hurt investors. If you got in on the ICO, the value of your Tezos is still up some 500%.
Quite impressive considering nothing has happened. It was obviously a mistake to partner with Johann Gevers. But I would still trust the Breitman's, and give them some time to get this resolved.

This was never an investment that had any guaranteed timeline, and February still seems fair to me. A class action lawsuit will only add to the problems and delays.

That article is the definition of FUD. They talk about hypothetical lawsuits regarding hypothetical violations...

Tezos: A Self-Amending Crypto-Ledger

http://www.tezos.com/position_paper.pdf

Abstract
The popularization of Bitcoin, a decentralized, trustless, crypto-currency has inspired the production of several alternative, or \alt", currencies. Ethereum, CryptoNote, and Zerocash all represent unique contributions to the crypto-currency space. Although most alt currencies harbor their own source of innovation, they have no means of adopting the innovations of other currencies which may succeed them. We aim to remedy the po- tential for atrophied evolution in the crypto-currency space by presenting Tezos, a generic and self-amending crypto-ledger. Tezos can instanciate any blockchain based protocol. Its seed protocol speci es a procedure for stakeholders to approve amendments to the proto- col, including amendments to the amendment procedure itself. Upgrades to Tezos are staged through a testing environment to allow stakeholders to recall potentially problematic amendments. The philosophy of Tezos is inspired by Peter Suber's Nomic[1], a game built around a fully introspective set of rules. In this paper, we hope to elucidate the potential bene ts of Tezos, our choice to implement as a proof-of-stake system, and our choice to write it in OCaml.

For the news, it seem that the first thing that Tezos needs to do is ammend it´s leadership

Tezos will dump to very low price, future price is not exact thing, waves, zcash, aeternity futures were very expensive but the spot were very cheap, much cheaper than future's price.

Patiently waiting for the coins to be released I had supported Tezos all throughout i am positive that the rumors or the problems encountered by tezos group to be resolved. Tezos has a very good potential i hope my support would not come to an end and please release the coins to the ICO investors.

It has never happened, in ICO history, that investors got the money back after the trial??
