I know all these legal/monetary have caused development to delay, but I wonder if they've had any impact on the actual substance of the project.  Are we still getting the same features and platform that was advertised a year ago?

There was a group in here who come sometimes and say “this Project has died, it is scam, and they stole the Money”. Just for these people, I want to Tezos out with my all heart. I don’t have any invest, I have not joined to ICO but if they enter the stock market with an affordable price, I’m planning to invest.

And there is another group of people/investors who has been waiting for launch, doesn't even think sell one single coin for a long while after the launch.

Everyone is holding tezos for almost 8 months now. Considering tezos is a 3rd generation blockchain and a breakthrough technology, it will atleast cost around $50.

Good for Tezos, it looks like last weeks there has been a progress (yeah, get rid of Gevers is a progress) and I keep my faith in the project. I expect around 2 months when we can see something.
A blockchain for the future cannot be build in few weeks, better to wait and have it working OK than something full of bugs.

Gevers is not a showstopper and has never been. The code is ready and working since a long time, they said they'll be releasing it despite financial circumstances.

Tezos is its own blockchain, not a derivative of any other blockchain. its a secure, future smart contract system. I thing this a really good one. I think i will invest on Tezos and the marketing of Tezos continues to grow in future.
