Tezos has been created quite a long time ago, they are now preparing to launch the betanet. I think they are almost ready for the start

It's expected in this month if there won't be any additional postponment. Some people will always say scam for any project.

With the sudden need of of KYC/AML? I honestly doubt that people will even claim their coins unless at least few thousands has been invested.

At this point a class action lawsuit is only going to hurt investors. If you got in on the ICO, the value of your Tezos is still up some 500%.
Quite impressive considering nothing has happened. It was obviously a mistake to partner with Johann Gevers. But I would still trust the Breitman's, and give them some time to get this resolved.

indeed they are not well organised, only long time will say if they are able to grow up and become more professionnal.right now there are some concerns about the security of this KYC, I reserved my key as fast as possible

I research what is tzlibre and how is it related to Tezos and from that i knew tzlibre is a fork coin of tezos. It is some kind of funding to make this works and i pretty don't like it. This is a totally doubtful for me they seems to make funds and it amaze me because they are trying to make donations. I know Tezos and from this date there are no real tokens in any platform that it was listed and i was waiting for their beta launch launch this 2nd Quarter.

Tezos is its own blockchain, not a derivative of any other blockchain. Tezos is a secure, future smart contract system. Tezos price for today is $5.31. I thing this a good project. I hope stay invested on Tezos and the marketing of Tezos continues to grow in future.
