so what els are you guys doing except for a search bar whats the plans for the future

Hi Darkslash,

After offering the team my help to give feedback to the community since I believe so strongly in this coins future. There is a lot of great prospects that will come for this coin to make it usable especially in the ex commonwealth countries but with UK being the main focus.

Look if you after anon v10000 or encrypted messaging v1921929129 that is perceived to be underground then DRK coin will be a coin that people should look at. Sterling coin is about usability and bringing out the tools to make that happen.

so it will be offering nothing but usability? isnt every coin usable up to a extent

The key word you used there was "extent". We are not going to be usuable up to an, "extent". Sterlingcoin will be a fully functioning currency with merchants, services and more.

interesting il watch it i dont know why anyone would have use for a currency if its the same as real money i thought the point in crypto was to hide money from your wife and buy drugs and launder

Hi Dark,

At the end of the day actions speak louder then words, we can sit here debating this and that but words mean nothing from both sides of the coin. In 6 months time we will see where Sterlingcoin is and we can judge the coin on what has been achieved to that point.

Bitsms also allows you to send SMS anonymously so that is already a cool feature for the coin.

Yeah it's about giving people control over the way they spend there money without rules being dictated to you. Also merchants are able to offer discounts because there is less transaction fees involved.

Yes we hadn't explained PoS very well.

You can stake after coins have matured.

The PoS period is unlimited.

5.5% per annum.

To stake you must encrypt and lock your wallet.

Then go to settings and unlock and make sure the 'For staking only' checkbox is ticked.

Your wallet will then stake matured coins for you to earn interest.

PoW ends on block 131,400

I followed the above instructions.

my wallet was not locked and I still received POS. Do i get more if my wallet is locked?

POS does not work with a locked wallet.

Sorry! i meant the wallet was not encrypted! But I still received POS coins

Ok mate. Same thing. Cannot stake an encrypted wallet. Wallet must be unlocked/not encrypted. So you will not get any more coins by encrypting. Only by sending all coins at once to the same address when it is empty. This will increase your stake weight.

The above was then posted later, and not from a dev. So will my encrypted, semi-locked wallet stake OK?
