What does it mean?

But i stopped the plotting, i transfered the plot files from pocminer_v1 to pocminer_pool_v1 because, can i still plot more in pocminer_v1 and then transfer that file to the pool folder, or does it have to be all in one file? what i'm saying is, can you have several different pool files and will the mining read them?

it is all fine, don't worry, if you stopped the plotting and still have these information, that because you stop the plotting before it  finish the plotting . like, if you stopped the plotting at 1990000< 2000000 , then miner still think it is unfinished, and you can rename your plot's name as 1990000. which is the real number of plots. then the message should disappear, and you can have several different plot in plot filefolder, it is fine. miner can recognise all 

does it matter to rename the file name to reflect the file size ? It will still work without name change right ?

yes, you will get no burst unless you submit shares, only your deadline < 75k , you will submit a share, and shares decide your work efficiency and pool pays you the corresponding fee.

There is a simpler way to do it. Just copy and paste the pool folder contents into the solo mine folder overwriting duplicate files. Do not copy the plot folder. Change the password.txt file to something else like password.old and then update the pool mining bat and launch it. Worked for me and only took a few seconds.

I tried to generate a plot file over night, but somehow my computer stopped. now I'm left with an incomplete file. Can I somehow resume the plot generation?
Or do I need to create a new file? how can I check how many plots are already written to the file? Is it useable?

I tried the partly generated file on another system to solomine:

how many capacity do you have, if < 5TB. you may not find a block in several days., and it will be better join the pool., you can get 1000+ burst perday with 1TB

The main reason is lack of buy support. Paradigmflux is already working on multipool, this will be tremendous improvement for the coin's price. Give him at least day or two.
