I read that there are 100,000 people new to bitcoin per day this month so far

Would be great if we could turn some of those to the Magi side - how can me make that happen?

Thats would be great. Think only option is activity on all social media

I'm impressed at the number of twitter followers we have - over 5,000 now - that's 1 follower per 6 wallets =)

(coin gecko says 9,400 followers - twitter says 5,600, not how I get different results)

That's a lot of hash power - The block rewards must be almost 0

Magi cannot be mined with GPU. For sure not paying for electricity and not reading a coin thread before start mining it.
Too bad that there are among us such greedy people.

Yes it is working fine. Though avast really bugs me and puts it in virus chest last night. Placed the magi wallet path in every exclusion list i found and it's fine now.

Question though, my last transaction of received coins was april last year. could that be the reason the wallet says i don't have enough weight?

Unless they are somehow exploiting the algorithm, I can't see them being around for too long - they'd be much better off mining XMR with that kind of hash

It really depends of what you want to achieve. In case you want to mine, just head to a pool that supports Magi. If you want to stake coins, buy some XMG on Bittrex, download the wallet, synchronise it and wait for the XMG to slowly accumulate.
