Is anyone hosting a block explorer?  I am at work and I can't seem to find one.  I can't install the wallet on my machine here just to navigate the blockchain.

http://explorer.neoscoin.com

Awesome, now that's customer service.  (maybe want to put a link up on the neoscoin.com page?)

Good idea - done.  Thanks a lot I guess that got missed in the rush of things.

     Best regards,

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

ANY PLAN FOR NOW?OR ROADMAP?

The plan for now is basically to build up a list of bugs existing and new, go over our to-do when we were planning on launching for September and hammer anything out that's pending.  Some issues that arose definitely need some attention and we've been doing our best along the way to narrow it down one by one.  As far as future, a few exchanges wanted to list us (even though Bittrex is our preferred) so coding trade functions for them will be in there.  Tidying up the block explorer, some other trade functionality, market cap information in the wallet as well as blocks/connections, a neoscoin.conf config writer in the wallet interface and web-based setup, and a list of other features/updates.

This sounds like php is ignoring the specification to use ./php.ini which explicitly tells php to load the runtime.  Did you modify the setup script at all by chance?  Did you move anything outside of the package directory or just download and run it as-is?  We can get this sorted, it's straightforward.  A few caveats of this release are the inability to really customize the config the way you'd like which is something we had planned on including.  This will be in the next release but for now when these issues arise we're tackling them one by one.

     Regards,

syntaks

I just downloaded and ran As is. Thanks for working with me on figuring this out

Well we have two options here for a fix right now:

1.  I can teamview/remote into your machine and fix it (or SSH if you have it set up)
or
2.  copy ext/ZendGuardLoader.so into /usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20121212/ext/

and then try again.  Either way let me know and we'll move forward and get you situated.

      Best regards,

syntaks

Awesome support!

Your telln me. Had TwoTurtles on TV to help me on 10.10.
After watching him man handle the terminal to get it working it put ALOT more respect and confidence in this project.

Thanks again
[/quote]

My pleasure man.  I'm sorry it even was a problem it just was one of those minor details that wasn't noticed during the rollout being so quick.  Let me know if any future issues persist.

     Best regards,

syntaks

Message from Bittrex:
    Bittrex will be hosting the NeosCoin ICO. As a reminder, we are providing as escrow for the development team. We are not endorsing this coin or any others on our exchange. Please do your own research before trading. Below are the terms of the ICO.

    * The ICO will run for 21 days starting August 19th, 2014
    * We will review the walet before initially adding it.
    * We will hold all Premine Coins - 1,050,000
            * 250,000 coins offered @ 0.00010000
            * 800,000 coins offered @ 0.00012500
    * Once the ICO is over we will verify there is a:
            * working wallet
            * block explorer
            * trading integration inside wallet
    * If success conditions are met, we will destroy all remaining coins.
    * If success conditions are NOT met, we will buy back all outstanding coins at the ICO price
    * We will hold onto the funds in escrow for 3 days - at which time, we will release the funds.
    * No sales of the coin will be allowed until after the ICO ends
    * ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS - except if the success criteria isn't met.

     Best regards,

The Neos Team

Wallet now opened for withdrawal/deposit - Escrow period started

We'll also be setting up name-based sends (aliases).  These can be registered from within the wallet, but we're thinking a cost of 1 NEOS per alias so that not any one person can just steal all of the aliases.

Update from us - There was an issue with allocation of blocks - as this coin's block hash uses the "scrypt encoding" of the block hash, rather than the (more standard) block hash for block referencing.

We have updated both our X11 and Blake pool now to handle this.

I solved block 346 264.  Can you explain when the payouts will occur?  I sent an email but I have not received a response.  When I enter my address on the Payout Information page nothing comes up.  In fact the same happens when I enter any of the addresses that have solved blocks.

edit: This is referencing Hashharder.com's Neos pool.

You could just use our pool if you wanted to do it simpler.

Thanks for the response!

For everyone else's benefit, will you be kicking off payouts for all of the finds up to block 419 (before the fix was put in)?

What blows my mind is this. Who sits there and looks at this thread and says, well this one doesn't look too great, I better sell for a loss before I lose anymore?

Who could look at what is going on with this coin, and dev, and think ANYHTING bad about it? It's just mindblowing how stupid people are!!

Here is the link to my trust settings here on forum. This trust system is very unfair. I make good on every deal Ive ever made. I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.
