So, the pre-announcement dump WAS something that was organized by insiders?  Are you claiming that it was a good thing because now we can purchase more coin at a lower price?  Buying more coin at a lower price may be a good thing for a few insiders, but community confidence in the project took a big hit here.  It seems that support equity was liquidated in this situation.  That'd be fine if SDC was the only show in town, but it's not....

Then BOOM... it gets caught up in the Monero dark markets spike Sept 2016...
And retreats so on Jan 1st the cap was only $6 million...
Then what is basically a wallet and some "market screenshots" gets pumped to $25,000,000 cap...
The Devs could have REALLY exploited this and asked for tons of BTC for PART, but no... straight conversion.

but after the price at the pump and then developers to sell their coins for profit and going Dump

And everywhere wrote that everybody who have SDC can participate in Particl so what happen if SDC changed to Part hit Goal 3 320 000 ?? ist  a limit ? And what with people who have yet more SDC ?

And second question why wrote that only SDC holders can participate in Particl if on www site particl I see USD dollar bars ? 250-500-750$. So everybody can buy Particl for simply transfer USD (but strenght not btc) I dont want register account to check it myself so can someone answers for my questions ?

Check the post of cryptogasm : looks all legit and all,  but totally fail at understanding that the new change is just for the good. New blockchain up-to-date, same dedicated dev team, now funds, PR....and new possibilities. ...
Only day traders that bought into the pump are losing... but it's the risk of playing that game : trading.

but I bought my SDC for 0.00250000 and staking long time so I no have any profit at this moment ... this ninja relase and dump after it kill my any profit. And I not expect change SDC annon coin to long term invest or sell in lost ... I have all coins "long term" but I want few with profit now not another few months/years. I stuck in another coin as longterm. I pray for I dont have only SDC and have many other alts not "long term" because first I dead on this alt coins before  I take any profit from them. Not fud just a facts. Finally I need change to Part to not lost all SDC. But yet I no do it I have 4 weeks window to check how evolue this convert.
So dont hurry. We have 4 weeks to decide sell on markets and leave or convert to PART. We need more info about PART to convert or with not enought info we can sell it for btc on markets and tell "good buy".
So if conditions not change I mean convert 1:1 ratio SDC to PART I prefer wait to 4th week to decide when I have more info from Devs.
