You know...  I have just been merge mining syscoin with litecoin and regardless of the entire Moolah thing I am liking this coin regardless...

My question is simple: Even though there will be some very disappointed people. devs/supporters and alike, if the worst case senario occurs, this coin will GO ON, right?

It seems to be the price is awful low for what this coin can do...

Anyone have any thoughts?

As we have said before this does not change anything for us.. We will still continue to work on Syscoin, not going anywhere!

SimpleMulti beta update: A few days ago we opened up a profit switching X11 port (3453). So it is now pretty simple to mine the most profitable X11 coins and get everything automatically converted and paid out directly in SYS. Just mine with a SYS address.

We've had requests for a Scrypt profit switching port, so we're working on that - ETA is probably sometime next week.

No such deal exists :/ . I wish we could get the funds and avoid what's coming, but I also appreciate those who were not involved coming forward with whatever information they can provide. I can't say much else per counsel.

SYS team took a day off today I hope the community can cut us a break given recent events we did get a new tipbot up though because @jonn4y doesn't stop! We'll have an official blog posting up tomorrow (yeah I took a day off too!).

We really do appreciate the community's support in this matter, and the media support as well. If this really is another "mt gox" situation than this is a big step back for us all and people should demand change.

For the tl;dr crowd basically it seems the scammer some how got ahold of 3700 btc that may have ended up in his account. They never logged in with an IP from the UK. Linked to fraud when trying to pay for some servers. Said they had this awesome trading UI for Mintpal v2 but bought a template for $25 online.

So unsure if SYS will ever see that 750btc.

Can you go to Moolah and say give us back our $300,000. Where would that money come from if this scammer is long gone living who knows where with a few thousand BTC.

I just sent 2000 sys to SZYr9RgdpQhfvr7Z3tPaKbGsQZCJYpi4fB and they show up in my wallet, but not on the blockchain explorer.  I also have another wallet that seems fine but doesn't even EXIST on the blockchain explorer: SfdfZjoBoULQzn7b5DPXta2DhSJ6eyWG5o  

WTF is going on?

AND - when creating an alias it takes 1 sys out, then gives me an error. WTF? I'm wasting sys.
