Appart from that, we'll just pick up a random number to select in list of eligible accounts. You have to trust us, but we have no reason to cheat. Getting someone happy and maybe advertising us because he got the price is worth much more for us than 0.2

It seems you use bitcoin-qt? With bitcoin-qt you can send only one output per address (and not several to the same address).
If you play from blockchain.info you can send as many bets as you want to the same address. For instance you can send 20 reds, 10 yellows and 5 green all in the same transaction.

Why do people often suggest random events are not random when they are disappointed with the results?
We organized only twice a "XXXth bet contest" (for 50k and 100k), so I am not sure where is your "always" from
