Not so spectacular?
If the pre-specs of 14 TH/s are anywhere close, than the S9 for sure is a game changer. Not to mention the SP50 from Spondoolies with a 110 Th/s (!), or the next 14 nm chip from BW.com...
Jessica, Hopefully BTC will climb to $750 before halving - so even S7 can be profitable for a while We ll probably see around $600. $750 s a bit too much. I am just a little concern that bag holders are waiting for a magic number before thet dump a significant number of coins to cause a panic selling and prices go down.. ....then we can buy more? Lol |

Offering these for sale 50 days before halving might not be the best business strategy. If BTC goes up over $600 in the next few days/weeks, one can get this miner much cheaper, BTC vise at least.

Or perhaps it just is, playing in on the insecurities surrounding what will happen due to the upcoming halving. The price seems reasonable. At least it's cheaper than the very first S7 back then |

Works out to be 150 usd per 1th/s. 1 th/s yields ~ 0.002 btc every 24 hours. 150 usd is about 0.29 btc So it takes 145 days to hit ROI per 1 th/s and we are assuming difficulty level remains constant. |

They do not have functionality like this yet. You can only put in an order for a certain price, its a very limited trading system. |

The difficulty will climb, and the maintenance fee will get higher. Currently,the ratio is 39%. It is still an unknown what will happen 100 days later. |

How you can predict roi after halving? Even for Bitmain it is impossible. Nobody know what gonna happen with Bitcoin price and how fast will grow difficulty. It is better to wait with this investment for halving. |
