There's no beating these kinds of people at their own game. They literally have nothing to do all day but figure out ways to fuck you, as evidenced by how they've figured out how to turn every single supposed issue with their product into a way to get more money out of you just to have a remote possibility of being whole. While you're a decent person who actually spends time doing productive things, they sit around all day dreaming up new ways of embezzling your money while pretending to be busy, when the reality is if you get in touch with them about something they feel they can shit on you over, they get in touch with you immediately and keep sending emails as though you're instant messaging them.

Exactly, it is an absolute disgrace, when the legal hammer falls, BA are going down for a long time.

If you are new to the forum or new to bitcoin - do not do business with this company!

yep

pay to return product that was defective when they shipped it

pay for PSU's for comp miners that have never showed up and now wouldn't be worth plugging in if they did.

refunding people in BTC after the price/BTC had halved

asking people to pay for hosting

claiming their BTC was stolen

claiming their customer database was stolen

now they're accusing MS of essentially the theft of 130-some miners

they're fucking liars and thieves, plain and simple.  constantly trying to run one scam after the next.

HAHA, just found it in the other thread!  That's great, these cocksuckers are getting whats theirs finally.  I bet they come up with something like, because they did this, we don't have the money to make more miners.blah blsh blah. (its also interesting to think about all of the links betweej Matt Carson and BA from Bruno a while back, maybe time to reopen that).  Regardless of your thoughts on MinerSource, I can honestly say I am happy that they actually did something right and screwed these guys.  I bet the, "legal proceedings" are as much a reality as the email list police report was.

if it's true it's fucking hilarious.

Hello, Black Arrow?  Please ship me the 250 miners you owe me.

Errrr, Derp, OK, just let me find a few boxes and I'll send them right out.

On the one hand I do not believe it, because everything they say and, in particular everything BlackArrow says, is utter bullshit.

On the other hand they've proven to be nothing if not utterly incompetent, so it's possible that someone could steal something from them from the other side of the planet that they would have to box and ship to the supposed thief themselves.  That takes a special kind of stupid, to be found in few places, but Black Arrow has proven that it is certainly one of them.

Hey motherfuckers, good luck having a judgement enforced.   Shoe is on the other foot now isn't it assholes??   bahahaha!

In attention to all Minersource customers:

Matt Carson from Minersource has managed to convince our customer support department that we owe them 250 X3 miners. Our customer support did not check if they are paid and partially shipped this order (137 miners were dispatched). These miners were NOT paid and upon confrontation with Matt Carson all communication went blank.

It has been 2 months since the event and we now assume that Minersource has no intetion of paying the X3 miners that we have delivered. As it stands at the moment we are beginning legal procedures against Minersource in USA.

All customers who have ordered from Minersource and had not yet received their order should begin legal procedures against them as they will not receive anything else from Minersource.

HAHA makes me laugh more and more every time I read it, BA, I hope you read this thread too as I really don't want to create another account just to tell you how stupid and incompetent you are.  I mean really?  You shipped 137 miners that weren't paid for?Huh?  HAHA checks and balances ftw am I right.  Sure sucks to be the one that gets screwed over doesn't it?  Still not sure why you would post that here as if anyone would have any sympathy for your lying sorry asses.

I know.  A first year accounting student would literally know better.  It's hysterical.

I wonder who was the genius that did this (assuming it is in any way true and not just some insurance scam or something).  Please tell me it was that arrogant shit-stain Alexey, head of customer service.  I'd absolutely piss myself.....

I love MinerSource. They have the perfect business. They take pre-orders, receive product from suppliers, but then keep both the money and the hardware! Now that's some serious profit margins!

If you check his account, you see he's no longer listed as "staff".

Nothing at this FUBAR company would surprise me any more.

You forgot the part where you can paid Matt to host the miner for you, of which you may or may not get your mining rewards payout.

yeah, if it's true this is the case.

While I find it funny if it's true, I also find it unlikely on many levels and on both sides of this equation.

We're supposed to believe Matt just woke up one day and decided to try to rip them off for hundreds of thousands of dollars via a completely documented means.  I don't know this guy but that takes a special kind of stupid.

On the other side of the coin we're supposed to believe that this just flew right on through Black Arrow.  They're total nitwits but I don't believe that either.

I think there's a lot more going on here than those assholes at Black Arrow are telling people.

In the meantime they've justified, based on their word only without any supporting evidence whatsoever being offered, fucking MS customers and totally cutting them loose.  That they would do THAT is something I do believe, as these people have proven nothing if not that they will fuck people whenever and however possible.

All we really know is that no matter what is really going on, the end result is that BA is going to dream up some way that this situation continues to fuck their customers and try to extract more money out of them.

What I want to know is, if there is still a customer backorder, why on earth did they have 130 units in stock to ship immediately as one batch? I'd be surprised if they were units rolling off the line, as it means they had 130 boxed and tested units ready in the same ~6 hours to 2 days.

I was pondering that question myself, but you already know what I believe to be the answer.  What other alternatives could there be?  Either they have been running units in a massive farm this entire time, or they can manufacture that many units in a very short time frame and ship them out almost immediately...and yet have failed to do that for the better half of 6 months since the chips arrived...

I have no proof, nor do I have any direct dealings with MS, but I've seen many reports of MS customers actually receiving refunds for their delayed miners. It would not surprise me at all if this conflict arose from BA not crediting MS for providing those refunds - as they are required to do by law.

BA has always been about screwing the little guy. The resellers were given shipping priority from the start, although they didn't come on board for 3-4 months after BA had been selling directly.

An X3 makes like $2 a day now, it's not like this product's worth a wooden nickle anymore. I'm hoping if I ever see one in the next few years it'll be a priceless collectors item in a few decades; if it stays in the wrapper.

137x X3 units are now worth what, $30k at most.

that this was not the first stop on this joyride is my guess also and it seems logical that this issue of refunds could be some of it at least.   MS has given some, I think they were refunding out of pocket at one point because BA was refusing, although I don't know that for sure.  BA has totally refused any refunds after months of saying they would, making one lame excuse after another to delay them (please wait, everyone is busy building miners, we'll issue them as soon as we catch up) and then simply denying them altogether, deleting the refund thread on their own site that they themselves started and have proceeded to try to jam this junk on people ever since.

It would be very much like BA and Alex in particular to misrepresent the situation and try to lay total blame on the other party.  It's what they done all along through all of this.  A year late, miners that start on fire, major quality issues and on and on and on, and yet none of it is their fault.  We seen the suppliers blamed, the customers were berated for pushing too hard resulting in no testing or removal of defective components and miners that burned.  At one point it was the shipper's fault.  They were making people pay shipping to send these defective components back.   Never was/is anything the fault of the people actually running this mess.

And yes, I have little doubt these guys were/are running a mine.  First they said the datacenter was ready, then it didn't exist, then you could pay their "partner" (who has never been identified) for hosting (for a fee of course).  sure they had X-3's to deliver now, even they can't use them any longer- it is the stereotypical scam in this business.  Take the customer's money, mine them until they're useless and then ship them out.

They've been so totally devoid of ethics of any kind, this latest issue with MS just being the latest example, that it is clear they have none.   If they could have been running a mine, they have been.  I have little doubt about that.
