~snip~
In case you missed he got 15 free spins + David gave him another 35 free spins + he got 20 more free spins = 70 free spins On side note, since you are complaining i wonder how many people lost money because of your ponzi scam which you've promoted. BTW, we have a nice new promo for you to jump on, details announced on twitter Another nice promotion I did read that they were eventually given the free spins that they were suppose to be awarded a few weeks before as well as an extra 20 free spins from David for the post. I simply was stating that I understood where they were coming from because I had a negative experience there recently. Ok, just because some moron calls Rushcard, Square Cash, and Circle a Ponzi scheme doesn't make it true. I never asked anyone for money regarding any of these sign ups. I simply was giving people a way to make some extra money through REPUTABLE companies and provided proof that what I was saying was true. NO ONE lost any money if they signed up for the FREE prepaid cards and chose to load the cards... If anything they actually would have gotten FREE money on their card... Nothing worse than a bunch of idiots simply believing everything they read without doing their own research ;P The promotions at FortuneJack seem to be incredibly small in comparison to other Bitcoin casinos and very restrictive when it comes to slot games that can be played. Not being able to use a deposit to reach playthrough on bonuses is also ridiculous. In order to start wagering your bonus you have to lose your deposit amount (-_-)

LuanX3 are you suggesting that FortuneJack have an inside forum on their website? I think it is a good idea but I think what FortuneJack needs to do first is to establish a good chatting system as what to I am seeing now is it is mostly inactive and not lively. By creating a good chat box you will also have an active forum in your site. Having a global chat box where all the players in different games can chat is a good idea as well, putting it on the side as a pop-up tab will do.
It will be good if they have forum, it won't harm them but I think it will do nothing as for now. At first this gambling website has to take care of chat inactivity, people don't chat here. Once I had some questions or wanted to communicate with people but got just one answer after 1 hour. I think some chat promotions will help you, when your chat become active, think about forum after that. I do agree with the suggestion, forum is good but there should be enough active users to maintain the forum activity, it will be only a waste of resources if the forum is not active like this one. Aside from that, I have been on the site almost everyday, and chat is not that active. Looking at that point, creating a forum is not recommended as of now.

Going back on the past about their chatbox i do remember those days but now its really entirely different which i do agree that they should put in some tabs or portion on where theres a chatbox with corresponding moderator to handle specially on instant queries of some players. Its actually a good idea and also you can always suggest this thing to them,no one knows if they would consider it on the future.

It would take years to get good SEO traffic, and it will never be as big as traffic from bitcointalk. I'm not saying it wouldn't be targeted, since the people googling about stuff that's been said on the forum will obviously be targeted, but the same things can be found on our thread here and more people will see it on the main bitcoin forum (and it has better SEO), plus all the people that visit&see the thread from our signatures etc.

Yes that is exactly what I am suggesting. Online chat would be good, but this will mean that they will transition of social gambling like what others have done, and I don't think that would be a good aim for Fortune Jack. Because it will be something like focused on socials not really anymore in gambling. Probably the best thing is to keep FJ as is, a good gambling site and casino without the fuss of talking to others. Maybe the best thing to do right now is to just ask the community that actually plays in fortune jack, have a poll what good new features will be nice to implement. Since the opinion of the people actually playing are the most important ones.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.400+ Slot games from Endorphina, Betsoft, Novomatic, Igrosoft, EGT and many more!
Yeah there are lots of slot games to choose, it is kinda confusing since they all interests me. Too many games but limited budget for me to play and enjoy them all. Playing with FJC is good but the entertainment and excitement a real bet gives is incomparable especially if we hit that free spins and mega prizes!. This lead me to a plan that whenever I got the fund, I will try different slot games to experience the feeling of playing them with real bet.

So 43 games out of however many games FJ is claiming to have are not able to be played (-_-) This is going on the better half of 2 weeks and I have a feeling there is no end in site... Some sort of email notification from FJ would be really considerate.

In the meanwhile you can try any of the other hundreds of slot games, there are better ones

The other games have a minimum line bet of 10xs as much as Endorphina games. Well they have yet to send out an email or even an onsite message informing players of the inability to play these games and it's been going on for almost 2 weeks. There are also 1000's of other slots on other sites as well I don't think FJ is trying to win any best slot selection awards but they should keep players informed when they are having technical difficulties. That's all I'm saying

They will check it for sure and hope it will be fixed soon. For an alternative low bet amount, you can try microgaming slots. It allows you to play $0.01/line, it is good enough for players with low bankroll like me as I spend more to play microgaming slots.

But the problem here is it will be flooded by people who's only aim to is to collect free prizes from the chat box. Rewarding people who are making sense is the way to go.

Dont think that this is a good idea as more people will just come to the site chat and hope they win some money. I dont think the main purpose of casino is to attract people to chat as they need players. This also could be abused so there is no point with this actually. Im saying that the current chat is good enough and especially David announced or atleast give hint something great is coming already ( like forum )

They talk non-sense the whole day and not really gambling anything that was not from the rain bot or whatever free stuff they get from the site. It's just like having beggars on your streets asking for money the whole day every day. I have nothing against people trying a faucet to actually try a gambling game, but if that is the trend, where people just keep on trying to abuse the promotions, then I don't think it's a good idea. Well, since indeed David gave some hints about something new coming out then we'll sure see what its about and maybe they have something really better than a chat system or a forum. Maybe something really revolutionary.

Somehow someone got into my FortuneJack account two days prior to my last login and took my loss back on dice and then cashed out .003btc. They were able to change my email address and I can’t even do that when I go to my preferences. The message showing my email had changed was in my inbox on FortuneJack and it was sent to me when’s i logged in. I found this email in my junk folder unread: “Greetings, dear user. We are contacting you regarding your latest withdrawal. It was delayed by our system for security reasons as your account credentials (Withdrawal IP or Wallet Number) are different from your usual credentials. Please confirm that you were the person who made a withdrawal and your transaction will be processed right away !” So I don’t know how they were able to convince someone to let them withdraw and change the email all at the same time. I asked live chat and they didn’t reply at all even after sending screenshots of the emails, etc. Look how fast they turned a profit and withdrew. https://imgur.com/a/JHWiqIt looks like they have a ton of funds collected but I may be reading it wrong. They had to use a low fee so the TX is still pending from the ninth when the did it. Don’t suppose any admin at FortuneJack could double spend it with a good TX fee to get the funds back to me? They sent it to 1QHZjQHjVS4kbrQQLyswfzzsautWcHQtrh Before sending it in a giant 15btc tx

Though it was small, which actually is a good thing, I am not sure how they indeed got it out without a reply from your email. I had the same issue when I withdraw sometimes, my withdrawal was not processed automatically and they needed to email me. I asked the live support and they said they sent an email, that was the only time I opened the email. I told the live support that I saw the email already and please process the withdrawal. They said I really need to reply via email for security purposes. So I did, and it was processed immediately. So probably you will have to ask for support here, for sure FJ will contact you immediately as they take these problems really seriously. About the 15 BTC which consolidated the money including yours, for sure this is an exchange address or online wallet which consolidates the btc they collect. I don't think the hacker was able to collect 15 BTC worth of scammed funds. But maybe, not really sure. But rest assured that FJ will do an investigation on the matter.

I don’t think my email has been hacked because I use a password that isn’t on any other site and the recovery details are fake answers. I’m always afraid to reuse passwords because I figure some bitcointalk user could setup a fake site and just log all the users and passwords to retry at every other gambling site. I have been guilty of reusing passwords on some sites though. FortuneJack has always been good to me. I won a dice jackpot once and won a huge amount on the old card game they used to have and they paid it out. My account is platinum III so I was bummed when they changed the cash back thing.

What I meant is turn on 2FA at fortunejack and change email and password... Yeah I can see a new email listed on my account now but I can’t figure out how they changed it. I can’t seem to edit it from safari on my phone at least.
The only way to change email is to send email to support from email you signed up and ask them to change it, there is no other way. So you were either fished or got keylogger.
