Looking at your transaction history that you posted in other thread, you made some deposits with total more than 2btc. The question, have you done to wager 2x of your deposit before requesting the withdrawal?
If you have done it already, then you need to be patient. I'm sure they will process your withdrawal, 4btc is a big money so I think they need to investigate it first before releasing it.

All I can say is probably they do not know the rules being practiced on FJ, i have been playing in there for more than a year, have never got any issue.  Have some delays but a proper communication solved them and mostly it is on my part like not verifying the changes on my email address when I changed my bitcoin address.  But all in all, I am a very satisfied player of FJ here.

They did a good job so far overall , I just think the support team need to be revitalized. It would be strange if the customer service does not file a report, I believe it is one of their SOP's.  Reporting an incident especially pending withdrawals complaint, and btw, regarding withdrawal, I did deposit 0.02 BTC after my last post (after claiming the bonuses of course free spin will be activated tomorrow and the next 3 days 25 free spin each day), played some slots and got a huge win from one of the spin, 0.0075 BTC hits 0.17 BTC.  After meeting the requirement of 2x wager (0.04 BTC since I deposit 0.02 BTC), I withdraw 0.15 BTC with a notice of  the free spin which is supposedly activated tomorrow and the 100% bonus will be defaulted.  I did press ok and I got the BTC.  I have no problem withdrawing the won amount.
