(. . . . snip long rant. . . . )

So you are basically saying that FJ should just walk away from their Tos? You do know that when people sign up to a service, any service, and they break the terms of that service they are not entitled to anything. Does not matter how much money is at stake since you accepted the terms when you signed up.

In my point of view, Terms of Service most of the time are the basis for conclusions, however, sometimes Terms of Service are being used to reject claims that totally have nothing to do with the conditions that are not met. Please do not get me wrong as I do not oppose your statement Hhampuz, I am just simply sharing my POV to this kind of circumstance.

Well if this guy opened up 25 accounts to abuse a promotion or bonus, and then he wins on one account and want to withdraw his winnings, I don't agree with him getting those funds, I believe FJ has every right to deny it, as he broke the ToS in an extreme fashion. This has happened to me with RL casinos when I was young and dumb. Why should a BTC based casino be any different?

I won with my "own" money. There are several others complaint on here with no pay as well. This casino has until Monday to pay me or i'm filing legal complaints. Starting with Mr. Irakli Kiguradze their co-founder on down.

I really want to help you, but you already admitted that you broke one of the major rules of gambling on our site. You have already done illegal action and will be really hard to make some kind of agreement here in any instances.

Cheers!

What illegal action? I admitted that I live in a dormitory with over 300 people and we all share a 3 computers lab. I have no control over who uses the computers for whatever reasons. All I know I deposited and won with my "own money" and now you are stealing my winnings and deposits.

Then you should not play on a computer that you know hundreds of other people will use..... Most casino promo's etc. are "one per household" or "One per IP". So you did break the rules, even if it was you or 250 other people doing it as well. You'll end up with the loss, you pressed "I accept" when signing up to FJ.

That would be something that is directly breaking a ToS. What I am pointing out are circumstances wherein a Player won legit but his withdrawals are stopped because he have created multiple accounts and the casino holds unto that to not give a payout.

Something much important to deal with atm.

Other complaints have nothing to do with you. Filing legal actions is always your right. When I still was working as a telemarketer, we have our corporate department to deal with this. Hope FJ have the same.

How can you win "legit" by not being legit? I think you are missing the point. As soon as you open up several accounts or break the terms in one way or the other you are no longer eligable nor have any right to what might be "yours". You give up the right.

How can you win "legit" by not being legit? I think you are missing the point. As soon as you open up several accounts or break the terms in one way or the other you are no longer eligable nor have any right to what might be "yours". You give up the right.

So for example, you have an account there for a long time, then you forgot the log-in credentials and can't recover it in anyway. Then you created another one, and you deposited and won a fair amount, since you broke the "multi-account" thing in the ToS, will that be enough to not let the withdraw go through?

Hhampuz is right, its just a matter of time when our fraud control department will detect multi-accounting and will suspend all accounts, especially if those accounts are created just to take advantage of promotional offers Smiley

And if found that the user didn't take advantage of promotional offer, but still guilty of having multiple accounts, you still have the right to stop withdraw because the ToS for multi-accounting is not followed.

You have to tick "I agree with ToS" on registration, which means you agree that you will follow ToS and you won't brake rules.

So, when they say multi accounts are against rules and you may have only one account I am pretty sure it means it is against rules and you  can have only one account.

Nice point you've just pointed there.
I dont get that thing such as multi accounts. We play for fun. Do someone really think that this type of games is made for gaining profit?)

Read below quoted term:

Quote
You shall notify us immediately if you become aware that you have more than one Member Account. In the event that you fail to do so, we reserve the right to block or terminate all of your betting accounts.

So it is clear how to avoid being tagged by multi account in case you forget old account and create new account. Simply notify them about it and it will avoid any issues related to multi accounts thing.

Ooopppss. Didn't see that. Thanks.

Although, I know there are a lot of players who will not read the whole ToS, like myself. LoL

The OP said he lives in a dorm with many people and used his own money to win. So basically you saying its ok for FJ to steal his winnings and his "DEPOSITS" too? Is that's what you are saying?

If that is case then it won't be so hard for him to prove ownership of 1 account and other users to prove ownership of their accounts, right? Besides, he said he is living with 300 people and they all share 3 computers it means that IP is the same. Is IP the same?

To be honest this looks like 1 person, but I could be wrong:

Also it is very strange that 2 newbie accounts, sorry, 3 accounts were created within 48 hours. They all just found bitcointalk? I don't think so. Email conversation is much longer than 48 hours, and accounts signed up on 14,15 and 16. Feb so I think it is very strange that they all signed up and complained at the same time:

But as I said I can be wrong with this.

So, I think it is best to wait fraud department to finish with investigation, if everything is fine then there won't be reason to hold his/their funds.

In the last 6 months i cant catch 3 scatters.  Grin playing Amatic only. Smiley i hope it does not go on like this in the future. at all, i love this casino! Smiley but one thing - i can play on slots only with mbtc, for the example if i have 10 000 doge my bets goes mbtc equivalent. please do something with it. Smiley and + do something with the bets, 1 mbtc on 1 roll is too high.

I hope you hit it soon my man! Once you do hit it I hope you get a good payout too Smiley.

As far as I know there are talks about lowering minimum bets, and I agree, they are currently a bit high. As for the altcoin bets being converted, I get what you are saying but is it really an issue? IMO it makes it all easier, you can see that you have 100mBTC but it is in your currency so all good in the end (IMO) Smiley

Which amatic slots game you often to play that has 1mbtc per spin? As I know minimum bet on amatic play is 0.01mbtc per line, so the game you play must be with 100 lines. I'm not really often playing amatic because it has the highest house edge compared to other providers, and I'm familiar with arising phoenix only which has 50lines so it is 0.5mbtc per spin.
Maybe you can try other providers such as endorphina or micrograming, both providers lets you to play with low minimum bets per spin. Endorphina with 0.001mbtc per line and microgaming with $0.01 per line.
But I have to agree with lowering the minimum bet, would be great if all providers has the same min bet like endorphina or at least microgaming.
