But when I checked the property it was cmd.exe. I didn't click/open that file. I scanned with anti virus, nothing detected. After that, I had difficulties to load your website & your live chat has been disabled.

I have erased the file & the link also has been removed. I'm not IT guy.

I have tried the support email and as most of us understand - the support team has limited knowledge on what's going on and i was given different reasons and timeframe by 3 different support member. Because of the amount involved in both my deposits and withdrawals, i would really hope FJ admin can contact me here or via email to let me know what's going on. Especially, i just read on this forum about someone posted files and databases of FJ, which i am still dumbfounded about whatever happened for the past 1 week up until now.

I understand that XMR is having issues because of recent hard fork on 6th April. I was recommended by the chat team to use BTC to deposit and i deposited like 50K usd in total.
