AFAIK the instant withdrawal is not a new thing, they were instant before the huge updates. Do you think it was not instant previously? Indeed there were some cases that made the withdrawal take longer time. Hopefully it wont happen again in the future so there will be no more scam accusations because of the long waiting withdrawals.

Based on my experience, yes they were instant but sometimes there are really some delays but i do understand and im not complaining with it and hope they would retain that in longer runs. Scam accusations are normal for a particular gambling site but still the most important thing that they do still able to resolve it out.I bet there are lots of players on the site do love the new design or interface.

It's hard to predict the withdraw times. In the past they were usually almost instant unless they were over a certain amount or you tried to withdraw to a unique btc address. Later on only during the weekends they were delays, basically they processed the withdraws manually then and sometimes you had to wait until like Monday to get the withdraws. But sometimes even on a weekend or even to a new unique address they process them almost instantly. I don't know if they hired more staff or if they made the withdraws automatic if below a certain threshold.

Not so hard, from what I understand it depends on how regularly you play here and the age of your account/activity together. To be fair, everytime I tried to withdraw, doesn't matters 0.005 bitcoin or 0.05, they were always instant, even in litecoins too when they had exchange option. I think they have algorithm to detect automatically which withdrawal can be done immediately and which needs to be checked and done manually.

~ Also, am I the only one who thinks the new design has faster rolls or not? I have a feeling I can throw more rolls in less time then previously. Might explain the 4 JPs too It seems rolls are faster, but still, they were very fast on last version so it is hard to tell.
I am curious about something. If I play reversed martingale and at some point I hit jackpot, what will my next bet be? Is jackpot added to balance or it will be counted as hit and reversed martingale will continue next roll from jackpot amount? The jackpot isn't counted as a win, it's not even counted in your stats as a win. What your next bet is going to be depends if you won the last bet or not (since you're playing martingale). ---- About the withdrawals. It's just the address and the IP I think. If you use a new address and a new IP, I think it's going to be manual. Dunno how it works if you mix it up.

In my experience with withdrawal times, the first few times I tried withdrawing my coins from the old site, I initially had to contact support and things were fixed promptly, but it slowly got quicker until it took an hour or two until the funds were sent. I had no problem with the old withdrawal pause on the weekends, but it is nice now that withdrawals are processed in a matter of minutes now- definitely much more convenient than before, and also nice for those that mostly gamble on the weekends.
I have both a phone and desktop computer at my disposal currently, and I'll see how withdrawal times differ on both devices soon. I'll be using 4G data so the device IP'll be different. I expect the times will be the same.

Earlier it takes two days for me to process the withdrawal in the weekends because that there is only one person who is granting the withdrawal request but I think now they had more people for this purpose because most of the people like to do gamble in the weekends so they need to have assist to the conditions. I think the withdrawal time will be based on how quick our withdrawal request get processed which is irrespective of the devices or IP.But if you are withdrawing from different different IP address on each time then you may wait little longer because you will receive confirmation email to confirm the user.

As an update to the withdrawal situation:
I logged in my account with Google 2FA (Possibly a factor in withdrawal speed?) in addition with the username and password combination that is standard for most sites, and withdrew BTC. Took about 5-10 minutes, but I went to do other work and as soon as I came back a few minuets later, the transaction was already confirmed. I guess IP isn't a huge factor in withdrawal, or it only comes in effect when an IP from a radically new location tries to make a withdrawal.
Additionally, I'd encourage everyone here to at least get another layer of protection besides just a password and username (as 2FA is currently difficult to get through, though there are ways to bypass 2FA), and make sure to change your passwords every once in a while. Even if you use a password manager like me, generate a new one every now and then to ensure there's virtually no chance of your account getting hijacked. I started using 2FA about two years ago on most sites I use, and I haven't been hacked since- well, that's not counting attempted logins, that 2FA blocks.

No one knows on whats the actual reason of those delays. Even reputable ones do have this kind of problem how much more on lower ones but instant withdrawals should be the default feature of a casino or gambling site because most of us do prefer this matter and im sure with that. Talking about having an option to increase fee then its a good add up but still gambling site owners would still have the decision in the end but i dont see it would be necessary.

Before the only problems I am experiencing when I am withdrawing is like what leowonderful is experiencing which is withdrawal requests made over the weekend. So if you made a withdrawal even at Friday (I don't know the exact time as we are on different time zones) it will be processed at Monday. But what I noticed with the latest update is that withdrawals that I made over the weekend are now being processed instantly even if you tried withdrawing your balance on a Saturday.

What happens if I void a bonus? Do I only lose bonus amount or all my winnings as well? And I go back to my original deposit amount?
Also, I have been playing for a while and the wagering amount for the bonus still shows at 0%, why is that? I have only been playing slots.

As long as I know, once you void a bonus then you will lose all your winning as it is usually how bonus works. Regarding your 0% wager, it seems that you have not lost your main balance, afaik only wager using your bonus balance will count towards wagering requirement. In other words, you need to lose all your main balance first.

how much have you wagered at FJ. show me your stats. I bet it's 0
Non of your business. you better take this neg. trust off my name before i get pissed.
I've sent traffic to FJ since dec, 2014 and when my new site comes out in 2 weeks, i will not promote or send traffic to FJ if i still have neg. trust from you.
and will never wager there again
This is blackmail. the site is legit and it's not scamming players
Read reference. i've been in crypto gambling industry since nov. 2013 and have never scammed anyone during that time
Read reference. i went and looked at first 5 pages of scam accusations and i don't see any lucky games thread. i did see 2 FJ threads. it's not fair to give me neg. trust. lucky games is legit. one time a year ago there was an issue. it was with one player since then there has not been 1 major thread in scam section on lucky games. lucky games is legit like i said no more traffic or wagering at FJ from me if you dont take back that neg trust. if you don't i have many FJ pics and notes and will make a scam thread about you and FJ if you don't I havn't shown all my cards. so i suggest you take it back and be done with it. if you don't you will be sorry your holding me for account on lucky games. so seems fair i hold you account for FJ since you "shill" for them as you would put it
