Even tough it looks like fortunejack didn't pay him the money they owe thats not a regular game. Don't get me wrong if this happened in a regular game where they have listed for years and allowed people to gamble and than not pay someone that would have been horrible for them and you could see a huge attack back to them which would cause them to lose many of their wagered gamblers.

However, this was just a test run and I don't understand what people are trying to see on a test run, the logic that a half finished game should be giving you money is not something one should be expecting, you are gambling on a test game for the purposes of "testing" not for actually gambling. Why would they have to give someone money when the game has a bug in it, you think they have to because its their fault but than again not paying is their choice as well and they don't have to.

Let me clear something up for you. It was not the bugged game (which is called Adrenaline) I had won the jackpot in. The game I had won the jackpot in (which was a plinko game where the ball drops from the top and enters one of the multipliers to give you your total amount returned) came 13 hours after I had played on their newly released bugged game. However because of the game being bugged they removed the jackpot I had won and reclaimed it saying because of the bug the jackpot bet is void. This is a bug I knew nothing about nor did any of the other players. Furthermore the  FortuneJack representative states that this was a community event, but again this person is wrong. They announced the bug bounty for Plinko and Mines. They never once announced Adrenaline as part of this initiative.

I really fail to see the issue here. The Terms & Conditions are quite clear:

7. Bets and any winnings made during malfunctioning of a game shall be void. Any subsequent Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from a malfunctioning Game shall also be void.

You agree to the T&C when signing up on FortuneJack so you should've been aware of it. They have refunded your bets and even given you 0.2 BTC (which you accepted). You then proceed to lose that 0.2 BTC and are now complaining that they aren't paying out the jackpot (which is covered in the T&C).

FortuneJack accepted his deposit and allowed him to play. Its T&Cs have no prohibition against multiple players using the same computer (which often happens when players go to internet cafes or other public facilities). It has no reason to believe that any other member of his household has an account with it (in fact, it does not even know where his home is). He played (the second time) without using a bonus so he gained no unfair advantage (such as getting multiple sign-up bonuses). In this case, we feel that he deserves both the .4 litecoins he gave as his second deposit and the .5 litecoins he won with that money. Indeed, even with FortuneJack paying him the .9 litecoins, bowlerman will have proven to be a profitable customer for the casino -- considering that he lost 1.12 litecoins from his first deposit.

We wrote to FortuneJack, it replied saying it would look into it, but it did not get back to us after that (we always give a casino a full week to answer before posting a report). Of course, we are sending the casino a link to this report and, should it either pay bowlerman his money or provide a reasonable explanation of why it will not, we will update or re-write the report. Until then, it will carry the "Skull & Crossbones" icon.

If only you can prove this then we will believe you but if there is no any solid proof, I think you are what we expect here right now. I do not think they have issue after they changing their new staffs. And even I that been hacked last time due to their fault, I already give my trust back to them with the new changing here. So I do not think there is any problem with their games either

Personally, from my experience, FJs live chat support is pretty poor and seems as though it's a hired third-party chat support service - they don't seem to have any idea what's going on and are of no help with anything.

However, David (FJ support dude here on btctalk) is absolutely superb. I've only come to him with issues twice, but both times, he has been incredibly supportive, responsive, understanding - all of the above. The second issue has been ongoing for nearly THREE weeks now and seemed as though nothing was getting done, that it would never be resolved - until I brought the issue to David's attention a couple days ago. He jumped right on it and it became immediately apparent that he was getting things done.

I received a message on my affiliate account about this news since Jan 3rd so its been more than two weeks since Fortunejack inform about this launch through affiliate message. Indeed it is a good news for bitcoin gambling fans especially for sports bettors, it would even better if there is an ETA for the launch of the sportsbook. ^  Poker doesn't really make that much in rake unless you get a lot of traffic on your tables.  Even some live casinos don't like them much cos they occupy space but make less than say a game like baccarat.

Has been 20 days since the New Years promo and I still haven't been able to play my free spins. I was originally told the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours but have had to speak to support 14 times, each time they told me the same thing, "it will be fixed soon." Hello, I am having an issue with FJ and want to know if anyone else is experiencing this or if It’s just me.

There was a promotion during Xmas time called secret Santa and in my account messages was a link to several boxes and then I was gifted a box and I selected and won 50 freespins on some Irish Clover game.

The spins could not be used right then and instead I had to wait a day and half before they would be able to be activated.

I waited the day and half and went to activate them and everything looked good, game started loading and then disconnected. Would not reload. I went to live chat. They said technical problem and I would have to wait a few more days to redeem them.

So a week goes by and I didn’t hear anything. Then two weeks go by and haven’t heard anything. I checked with them and said hey it’s been two weeks but they said yeah worst technical error in the history of the globe. We have an entire team of technicians working on this 24/7 and still weeks later it’s not resolved. For a few free spins.....

Then three weeks has passed no spins. Although they guaranteed me that I would be able to eventually redeem them.

Now four weeks has passed and I have never been able to access my Spins.  I cannot imagine what type of technical error would take a whole team of technicians working around the clock and still have no solution.... anybody else experience this?
