The 2 problem I have is my account was email and phone verified before the outage now my phone says unverified and it fails to find number when I try to verify again.

Maybe this is some technical problem as their servers are really affected of the fire , Have you send tickets to their support for fast action ? or Simply PM the FortuneJack account here in forum.

The other problem is last week I had a withdrawal and it was held up due to security check. I sent in my ID and I was paid but I just initiated a new withdrawal and it's saying security check again. Maybe this is normal?

I don't think that is normal , you have already comply with the KYC from the first withdrawal why need to send one again.

Unless your account activities are questionable so there might be some sort of clarification from time to time .

here's another update that many of you might be interested in. Jackmate Fantasy is back at the website and your predictions for the next matchday are welcome to be submitted. However, the leaderboard is showing the outdated data, the old one from the month of December.

After the development team recovers the essential data of the Jackmate, all will be added up to each other as total and will be showcased at the landing page like it should be. We think it will not take no long than 10 days in total to get the update live.

So far so good, that's all I wanted to say. If you've some questions to ask, don't hesitate to send them over here.

We've just fixed the issue that you've been talking about. As for now the submissions are open for the remaining matches of the last round of sixteen. Please be sure to submit the votes before the poll closes down, as there's not much left until the first game (Real Madrid vs Atalanta) kicks off.

This period showed us that data could be stored on p2p systems and would be a lot more secure, since it is bits and pieces I do not think that it would be stolen neither but of course more detailed work needs to be done to see how viable it is. Look what happened with datacenter here, there are games that lost every single data they have, we are lucky that fortunejack wasn't gone but we couldn't even blame them if it was lost, Rust literally lost all the information regarding players, everyone has to start over again, or that was at least what I read about the situation.

If we could put blockchain technology into place, and if companies pay these storage places money that they would normally pay, that money could be used to pay people to keep information on their computers. Think about it like there is Storagecoin and companies buy that storage coin and pay people for storing their data. Similar stuff exists but companies still do not use it, there must be a way to make that more viable and used.

Implementing the blockchain technology for the data storage can prevent the data loss in future incidents but it should not be given out of the company because the details may contain sensitive data which any gambler never wants to share with anyone. Working on my side too, take few more seconds than how it was actually before but everything is clear and working and also the pop up warning shows whenever enters into their site even without login, so internet connection could be the issue.

Check the DNS if the router is working properly.

I thought the first leg was round 1 of the 1/8 finals, and the return legs are considered round 2. But looking at Juggy777 post, it sounds like you can submit your team each week, not once per round.

The matches played on 9-10 March are part of the same round (return leg of the 1/8 finals) as the matches played on 16-17 March. The matchday just lasted 2 weeks. @FortuneJack am I right or wrong?

Hey everyone, currently the prediction submission process for the round of 16 - Leg 2 is already finished.

The one ongoing onto the website is intended for the first leg of the quarter-finals, dating within the range of 6–7 April 2021.

Let me know if there's anything that I can add to the Jackmate Fantasy - as it got bit complicated after the downtime.

The last email I received for promotion on FJ was on February and I was a bit curious as I haven't received any this month so I checked it tru the website, but I was a bit shocked knowing that my account was suspended? Already contacted the support and was informed to be assited by tomorrow...
