KYC for a 0.01btc withdrawal seems like too much, imo. Like @Haunebu said, your account probably raised some red flags (ip or betting behaviour similar to other accounts) and fj are just being cautious. Wouldn't be the first time this happens, tho (randomly requesting kyc)...Keep us posted

Seeing as you are a trusted member of Bitcointalk, you might want to PM Tornike and see if he would be willing to make an exception. Unless they really believe that you have abused the site somehow or that you are multi-accounting, he might see to that you can get your money without selling your identity. 0.01 BTC isn't exactly pocket change I would be willing to throw away. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

Sucks to get kyc request for just $200 worth coins, and problem is if they start to do the same thing for all other players like that.
You can't even withdraw much less from FortuneJack as they have one of the highest withdrawal limit I ever saw 0.004 BTC!
So far I had no problem on other crypto betting websites I use, like sportsbet or stake.

Had to mention that since CL fantasy was a total bust for me. Players in awkward positions, strange scoring and worst of all never could check how my team did in that particular round. Maybe that is a problem for me since I have been playing PL fantasy for more than 10 years (several finishes in top 100k) and when somebody says Fantasy I have very rigid expectations. I agree. Have personally been avoiding FJ for sometime now primarily due to the high BTC withdrawal limit which is a hindrance for small-scale gamblers like me. Many gamblers requested them to lower the limit, but they ignored their requests.

Having an exception for trusted bitcointalk members can be a nice offer but on the other side it can bring a jealousy for other members especially active fortunejack players but has no enough reputation here in bitcointalk. If the main idea of the KYC is to avoid abuse of the free promotion, I think Fortunejack is able to implement other system to avoid abuse instead of asking KYC once players requesting withdrawal.

I know and I understand that. However you have to fight your own battles. The support staff over at the casino might not know who the player is and it's completely different when you see the name, trust, and rank of a user on Bitcointalk. Now with Tornike involved, things might change for the better.

If you can you use Driver License/Passport then you should use it to avoid the issue related to the no expiration date on your National ID card.

Is the reason of closing your account permanently due to the failure of KYC where you have no expiration date of your ID card?
Or they have other reason for closing your account? As I think it is something that can be discussed with Fortunejack if the main reason is about your ID card.

Some of the members, get an email from "FJ" promotion no-deposit-amount. I got some this offer with 300$ amount betting with 40x wager to bad after reached 1,500$ with 30% wager left lost it all.

I don't know for other users got the same amount offer, of each person have a different amount.

after i send an email to their support about the failure of KYC they just replied to me that my account has been closed, the decision is final and won't be changed

i got the reward from the event that was held in the Fortunejack discord and I don't know if there is a rollover for the reward that i got
but as long i play from the game that was listed there i can withdraw any winning that i got

then i play in game orbital sphere
i got 5$ from testing the game and i can to withdraw any winning as long i reach the minimum amount of withdrawal
and from that 5$ i able to turn it into 160$+

A bit weird.

A long time ago, I participated in "Free spin" claim on Games and Round by HH got around 3-5$ all in few times and reached 117$ can be withdrawn without "KYC". I don't know for each account condition, maybe the reason is that I already deposit some money on FJ.

I hope "FJ" looks into these! If the reason because "ID card" expired should be lifted for Indonesia user because all National ID from Indonesia don't have expired date.
