Trofo and I were talking about FJ..  And with a lot of cheaters opening lots of accounts to game the system, I think FJ will prolly make a mistake of closing a few accounts of honest users that aren’t KYC’d.  Again, that comes with territory.

You all are good but just keep in mind last decision could be from FJ team so what they feel good because sometime postponed games can take very long time, so void is also option with 6 correct winners is still taking $50 free bet which is good amount for any person. It's not a problem to manually change and select next round for predictions, but it would be better if you fix this.

And if the support guy says it can’t be sorted out which I find unacceptable btw, always request for him to inform somebody who does the technical stuff right away.  They’ll sort it out.

I believe the support guy meant they can’t manually credit it, but send a pm to @FortuneJack here and I’m sure they’ll sort it for you. Also there’s limited support on weekends here, so wait for their reply and meanwhile keep checking whether the transaction is stuck or it’s confirmed and if it’s confirmed attach screenshots accordingly.

NO warning or instruction that they dont accept from ustd token to TRX tron..    I used paxful and when you do withdrawal to ETH or TRX once you placed the wallet address paxful automatically detect the network.... and my transfer was sent suuccesfuly to the TRX wallet address that was shown on my fortunejack wallet account..... and  they will just answer you that they cannot credit my deposit...

Posting like this not going to help you in any case, just send a message here to support with all details about your concern, so they will give you all update about your problem because here on forum they are doing good in general they also have good reputation in all cases. Currently, it's taking time just because of weekend may you better know on weekends mostly companies never give any support so just send a message with screenshot or all available details, hopefully this will be sorted out very quickly with positively for you.

You're all statement is good, but this is really expensive stuff which is not acceptable for many crypto related casinos because they have no luxury like we have in few fiat casinos where too many support staff members all day and 24/7 they can afford this all as their budget is mostly in Billions which is the big problem for crypto related as they are not big and good like them.
But still they need to increase some support staff for better service because sometimes it's very hectic, and many members don't like to wait for many days for solution.
