You're all statement is good, but this is really expensive stuff which is not acceptable for many crypto related casinos because they have no luxury like we have in few fiat casinos where too many support staff members all day and 24/7 they can afford this all as their budget is mostly in Billions which is the big problem for crypto related as they are not big and good like them.

Be sure to contact technical support again. And make sure you understand correctly.

if the address for the deposit is really the same where you sent the TRX, then fortunejack must credit your balance with money. Even if this is not their address and they have some kind of mistake, these are not your problems.

If Fortunejack refuses to fund your account, then write a complaint. And try to involve the administration in the comment! So that fortunjack finally gets a red flag!
Because there is more and more fraud on their part! Fortunejack cancels winning bets and impudently throws players who have won large sums!
If you just complain in this thread, there will be no point.

I understand your point. When i contact them they show me the rules in their terms that they dont accept deposit on tron trx using usdt token.

Been using them before already using btc and its the first i use trx tron. Besides there is no rules or notes or reminder when u deposit dother crypto wallet.   Looks like they are expecting member read the whole terms everyday or before using other crypto. I tried it before (on other casino), but the needed deposit was higher than just slightly smaller than my winnings from the "free balance" they gave so I didn't mind withdrawing it. However in your case you managed to profit 4x your starting balance, if I were the one who got lucky like that, I would deposit and try to wager at least their minimum requirements. I was thinking of this possibility after making that post. When I play slots, I bet as little as possible per spin. Most of the time it's $0.10, and sometimes it's $0.80, but I don't remember if I ever bet $1, or more, per spin.
