They asked you to do KYC when you requested a withdrawal from the free spins winning in the previous week and you haven't done it. Maybe you got the email today as you haven't replied to them. Previously they blocked my account for being inactive (for not making deposits). They sent me a massage and asked me to contact their support within 14 days to avoid the account suspension. I contacted the support and they said making a deposit is the only solution to avoid the suspension. We have discussed about it here before (click to see).

BTW, I was able to login after receiving the message and they had blocked my account one month later. Maybe the situation is different in your case. And I think passing the KYC verification is the only solution there to regain the access of your account. My new account is KYC verified and I have made deposits too. I'm guessing did you follow/claim the recent promotion and win? we know Fortunejack is always like that when a user wins a promotion then KYC will be applied
If indeed you do not claim anything and there is no balance there, then it is not difficult for you to make a choice leave and find another

I believe you must have contacted the support during weekends that’s why you feel they’re so slow, because there’s minimum support available on weekends, but other days the support is very fast on the site.

Few weeks back I was really against this KYC but now suddenly I have serious trouble on few sites, so now I am trying to solve issues with the help of relative supports because now I have some good funds on few sites and all asking for this which is awful but no other option available.
