I wish FortuneJack was a reputable site. My username ianbtc371 there wagered a lot and lost $10k+ to them. They refused to honor a lossback of $1k a couple years ago to me, not realizing the long term implications of their decision. Since their refusal to honor their promotion, I have lost $50k+ to other crypto casinos. FortuneJack having the best odds for several markets and good promotions, those funds would have been lost them most likely. Their greediness to refuse to honor a $1k lossback led to them missing out on $50k losses by me. Most were lost to Stake.com instead.

When I contacted them 6 months ago to see if any better experience, they wanted my IP address, all personal information, etc just to answer a customer service question.

This is exactly for someone like that. If you are here and you have been gambling for a while then you are going to get something, and if you do not gamble that much then forcing yourself to gamble that much amount just to get the wheel spin right doesn't make sense. These type of marketing is done to promote more gambling, so if you have like 300 dollars wagered on the sportsbook part, then they want you to gamble another 700 dollars as quickly as possible and get the wheel.
