Did someone tried to deposit TRX or TRON and used  USDT token?

because i have a funds 62$ for months already and they didnt credit it to my account.. 

I encounter the same issue with sportsbet.io but their support is very helpful and they solve the issue and credit my fund manualy. But  in FJ they will just answer you STRAIGHT that they cannot add the funds to my account...


I know it was my mistake because i didnt read the WHOLE terms and conditions   before i use trx wallet..   Other site like stake.com before you deposit and copy other wallet there's a notice or reminder that they dont accept token etc.. But in FJ NOTHING, and when you made a mistake its 100% gone they don't give consideration and they WILL NOT HELP YOU TO SOLVE IT thats why sportsbet.io support is WAY better than FJ (based on my experience)

Technically speaking they can recover it since Tron and Ethereum has same private because Tron is derive from Eth blockchain. The main issue was they will risk there hot wallet private just to recover your USDT since they will need to manually import it on Tron supported wallet. Each casino has different set of rules in regards to this matter since they put disclaimer on there deposit. Maybe an admin here will help you tho.

You are correct each site have different rules.. but still it will all depend on them on how they treat their member specially for a verified member...     I know not only me but some other also encounter this problem when it comes to deposit using other wallet in fortunejack because there is no reminder or NOTE when using other crypto like tron...so i am asking them to give a consideration about that...  unless there's is a NOTE before you get the wallet address that TOKEN DEPOSIT IS NOT ALLOWED IN TRX/TRON..


They dont have any note/reminder or disclaimer when you use other crypto wallet like tron.....  unlike in stake.com that you will read a reminder before you use the wallet......

and sad to say that when i speak with the chat support they will answer you directly WE HAVE NOTHING TODO ABOUT THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD THE BALANCE.


or maybe i cannot accept the response of support because i encounter same scenario on sportsbet.io aside from i made a mistake on deposit they EVEN help me and credit my deposit Manually...

Yeah that's true, Man United could def lock City out.  So the goal scorer for City could be from outside the box by either Rodri, Gundongan or KDB.  It could even also be John Stones or Laporte via a header.

And choosing Ronaldo is good really, if we really think more about it.  He tends to do well at tough games that are critical for the club.  It could be 0 - 0 til the 80th minute or so and Ronaldo score's a goal at the stoppage time.    Ooops he did it again.

Actually i used paxful wallet. And i copy  tron wallet address that appear on my fortunejack account. And ive been doing it for so many times in  sportsbet.io so i was thingking that its also thesame. And it went success ... but i didnt know that what they mean is that the must came from tronwallet itself.. i didnt know it because they dont have any note or disclaimer when you get a wallet address...      so if you deposit tron funds from paxful to tron wallet it will not credited.......

Hey, I was looking to bet on Fortunejack due to the favorable NHL lines. I deposited 6MBTC and went to bet. Once I tried placing the bet @ odds 3.70 they asked me to accept @ odds 3.00 instead, this is a huge difference. It is in their terms that you need to make some wagers before you can withdraw. You are not forced to place bets on odds you don't like, you can always bet on other matches/sports also.

Tried to make an account on FortuneJack only to realized that my email is taken because I already had an account. I contact support and the agent tell me: Don't worry, just make a new account, which is what I did.

Few days ago I needed a file from my old job interview, and I found an old coinbase email:
On September 06, 2016 you purchased 0.18162522 BTC for $150.00 CAD from Visa credit ********6013. Those funds are now available in your account.

Followed the transaction on BTC explorer to realize that I've deposited all of it on FortuneJack. I don't remember depositing on this site, but I had no clue how BTC worked and probably thought I lost it in the process because I was dumb and knew nothing of crypto.

So I decided to contact them and they reply:

Please, be  informed, that If You do not log in to Your Account for a consecutive period of 12 (twelve) months or if no deposit has been made for a consecutive period of 6 (six) months after registering and opening the Account on the Website, Your Account will be considered a "dormant account" and We may block and terminate such dormant account any time after the lapse of above-mentioned time period. Any monetary funds available on such dormant account may be removed by us without a further obligation to refund. Before removal, We will use reasonable efforts to reach and notify You about the removal of funds via the most current contact details You have provided to us.

And obviously I have all the emails of FortuneJack and their last one is:

Nothing about the desactivation of my account, or warning and about the funds. This is not use of reasonable efforts to reach and notify. They did nothing of to help me remember or know about the situation.

Ah, thanks for letting me know that they have an ongoing and active campaign signature running! I remember participating way back in 2018 and it was very heart-breaking when I found out that they had to remove majority of its members when they downsized. It is actually good to see that one of the best gambling websites has an active campaign signature.

You are right, there is nothing I can do it's now part of Jack's fortune.

Similar situation happened with Betcoin poker because after finding this email, I went through all my emails looking for a dusty BTC treasure. I contacted them and got this reply:
