really you don't have any email regarding that? just like you i already have an account that i made but never do any deposit for 6 months
but they send me an email that if i don't deposit my account will be closed and i think they send it a few times before they close my account
No, I didn't receive any email regarding my account closure at the moment. I was receiving messages about the promotion on my email account which was connected with the account. I had received the last promotional message on November 2019. I hadn't received any message about the account closure. But I had found that my account was closed by FortuneJack when I was trying to login to my account on the next year. I know FortuneJack inform users few many times before closing their account now. Maybe the system wasn't same in the past.

No it was not because it's literally the same thing that has happened to me. They don't want to help in any way, and don't respect their own TOS.

Could you please tell me which ToS rules FortuneJack does not follow in your opinion?
Because when it comes to email notification, I doubt that it is their duty.
Unfortunately, but if they have such rules in their Terms of Service (I mean closing account after 6 months of no deposit, or 12 months of no login), you won't be able to do anything about it.

You are right, there is nothing I can do it's now part of Jack's fortune.

Just a quick question, will it be possible if there will be another campaign signature that FJ will be launching in the near future? Though I do think that when we think of gambling websites to recommend, FJ will always be on the list, why stop the campaign signatures? That is what the marketing part should be all about, signature campaigns are used in the wrong sense here for some reason. If you are a new place, then you do signature campaigns to get heard, to be known, you do it so that all the people here who can talk about a casino for 100+ pages could end up checking you out, like this place alone has 500+ pages. Which means bitcointalk is a great place to find gamblers and if you are a new place then you should be able to actually get some of them.

However, if you have been here for years, like sometimes as much as a decade in some cases, then you need to do signature campaign because there is something new that you want to say, if it is another "we are still here", that doesn't make sense.

To show their professionalism, they would send an email saying your account is about to be locked and funds forfeit in x days. I never delete any emails I marked them as read, I have all the emails since the creation of my Gmail. They are not professional at all

I just came to say I support Sweetlou as I have played with them on another platform. I think fortunejack should refund the dormant account fee as any decent platform would.

Sweetlou, I would take it to scam accusations as there is no reason for a casino to keep the funds once you have came back to claim the account. My understanding is the clause for dormant accounts is only to keep accounting clean.

On the one hand your opinion may be right I've found it in other casinos but not for all sites because every casino has its own rules
all users are deemed to agree when they first create an account so if you find these rules at the casino then show them here for defense
We will defend anyone who is on the right track of course based on evidence not opinion.

I got 4 right scores... Pukki, Saka, Kane, Coutinho. Idiot me picked Ronaldo early, he wasn't even available. Also picked Salah when I was 50/50 about Mane, but if Liverpool are on the lineup any time now for MajSev, I'll stick with him.

In fact, I'm sticking with all my selections as above except Ronaldo (and they play Spurs anyway so Kane moves him out). They're on fine form, every one of them. Thing is, they gotta score more than assist huh Wink

Few days ago I needed a file from my old job interview, and I found an old coinbase email:
On September 06, 2016 you purchased 0.18162522 BTC for $150.00 CAD from Visa credit ********6013. Those funds are now available in your account.

Followed the transaction on BTC explorer to realize that I've deposited all of it on FortuneJack. I don't remember depositing on this site, but I had no clue how BTC worked and probably thought I lost it in the process because I was dumb and knew nothing of crypto.

So I decided to contact them and they reply:

Please, be  informed, that If You do not log in to Your Account for a consecutive period of 12 (twelve) months or if no deposit has been made for a consecutive period of 6 (six) months after registering and opening the Account on the Website, Your Account will be considered a "dormant account" and We may block and terminate such dormant account any time after the lapse of above-mentioned time period. Any monetary funds available on such dormant account may be removed by us without a further obligation to refund. Before removal, We will use reasonable efforts to reach and notify You about the removal of funds via the most current contact details You have provided to us.

And obviously I have all the emails of FortuneJack and their last one is:

They don't care about they customers, they will not help you if you have an issue with them.

I got 4 right scores... Pukki, Saka, Kane, Coutinho. Idiot me picked Ronaldo early, he wasn't even available.
I did the same stupid thing with Ronaldo, but when I looked at lineups he was not questionable or listed as injured, that probably changed later.
This time I am not going to pick him but I got Heung-Min Son to score in Manchester vs Tottenham match.
My other picks for $10k reward are Saka, Havertz, Kevin De Bruyne, Neves, Raphinha and Armstrong.

I understand your disappointment somewhere, but did you actually find out by accident that you still had money on the site? Otherwise you would be doing it much sooner. Many sites have things like that in their terms and conditions. If you are not active as a customer, sites reserve the right to suspend accounts and possibly confiscate funds. Those are the consequences. It is not right that you put Fortune Jack through the corpse, after all you made the mistake yourself by not logging in for 6 years.

Weird thing last night is that Pukki, Jimenez, Coutinho all scored -- and it's technically still in the same Match Day round as our next picks are for following games. All 3 are also on my picks for the next round, so I'm not wondering if it's too much to ask them to score again -- it would be a third game running for Pukki if he does and that does seem to be pushing my luck!

Leeds looked utterly lost and broken last night, I love Raphinha too and he's always in my picks but I wouldn't be backing him -- Bamford, however, is back from injury and looked the most likely last night to score even with only a cameo!

The decision taken from our end was taken as per section of the privacy and policy you've already mentioned above.

On top of it, all the dormant accounts have been contacted few months in advance before the date of the termination, so there's nothing to be done, as you clearly did not take the action after receiving the notice from the team.

This is an oversight on the part of FortuneJack and you do not want to take any responsibility. According to your TOS you will do reasonable effort to try and contact the user. I have no doubt that you take the time to contact your users to avoid this situation, but in 2016-2017 this was clearly not the case. The fact that you did not try to rectify the situation clearly demonstrates a lack of professionalism.

Trust me, if there is one team that is more broken than Leeds that is Norwich with worst attack and worst defence in league.
They only scored seven goals away from home, and Raphina scored last time they player against them in 2021 so I am hoping he will repeat that.
Leeds must win this match to avoid danger of relegation and I can't believe Everton is below them on table.

This is the problem, FortuneJack never contacted be before the date of the termination. If that was the case I would never complain.

You might be disappointed and I'm sure most people will feel the same as you including me but we should also realize that it is also part of our own fault where we forgot about our money in online services. It is true that any online services should remind their players once the accounts are going to be closed,  in this case FJ claims that they have informed you but you claim that you have never received any email from them. All in all, there is no way for others to prove which claim is true.
