Never? Where have you been for 6+ years since you created your own bitcointalk account? I agree, nobody should give up considering how it should be something common for all the people to love things that are free. I mean you are spending an hour of time (yes I do check the statistics buwaytrees:D ) and that is something fun to do for me.

The thing is, even if I lose, I just spent an hour digging things around and finding the people who are available for that game and had scored the most goals and could end up scoring again, and if they are in a scoring break, they are due a goal so I check that as well.

All in all, if I end up with 0/7 that is still good, because I really want to do it instead of just winning, doing is my reward.

Never received it.

Today is the 3rd day and I was informed by email that the issue would be fixed during the day but, again, never received it.

The customer support always promptly replies in the chat but they are unable to give me any help whatsoever.
Since the issue is with the ETH transactions, I asked for some option, for instance to cash out in a different crypto currency, accepting any converting ratio they would choose, not possible. They told me the transaction was already processed and the issue lies in the ETH network. I then asked for a hash transaction ID, but they told me they don't have it.
I asked to cancel my withdrawal requests, let me play and eventually cash out in a different crypto currency. Not possible.

I am not here to talk bad about the casino or to give a defamatory feedback but I start to feel worried about the whole thing.

Saying that the problem comes from the eth network is making a fool out of you, that's obviously a lie. Beware of this platform as they might give you the impression that they're legit, pay you some wins but there will be some day when they might steal your funds.
