they ask me to KYC process when i try withdraw money.  I did it. My account was full verify!  but they did not withdraw my money!!!
at morning they say that i fail KYC and they block my account for ever!

I know you're frustrating, but this isn't the correct way to make a complaint.

It's better for you to attach the whole proof where you're already give full KYC to them and the reason why your account got blocked, there's must be a reason behind that since he doesn't easily accuse a player without any proof.

As the amount is only $400 it's make me not believe Fortunejack is a scammer, just do what I said.

Than I tried talking with Forunejack account Ampera (Tornike) with message on forum, but he didn't reply anything to me  and I see he was online after my question was asked.
If I don't receive any reply I will be forced to stop using Fortunejack, and I will warn other people about this, let them enjoy using my 10mBTC and $50 from free bet

I forgot to say that there is no record in my account I ever made this withdrawal, and my balance is showing zero balance now.
This looks very bad for fortunejack.

First of all, is it even possible to request 1mbtc withdrawal? As long as I remember, their minimum withdrawal is $150. Secondly, I was asked to complete KYC as well months ago when I was trying to withdraw winning from free bet/free spins (I cant remember it exactly). There is no other choice when they ask us to to KYC except do it or leave it. But it would be nice if there is an exception for bitcointalk members to skip the KYC, especially if the members are trusted enough or at least has been actively playing in FJ for years.

Same here, I was asked for KYC years ago so I think FortuneJack asking for KYC is a normal thing.  I have never experienced a problem withdrawing here ( I don't know if you consider $19k, my largest withdrawal request, a big amount) so I am surprised (tend to not believe) that this casino is scamming for a mere $400.  Probably there is a breach of contract on your end @drukulla or you are playing at a restricted region.  We don't know until anyone from the FortuneJack shed a light on this case.

If you feel you are scammed @drukulla you can always open a scam accusation against them.  Just do what Slow death told you.

Minimum amount you can withdraw from fortunejack is 0.007 BTC and I think I had around 0.01 BTC in my account, so I made correction in my previous post from 1mBTC to 10mBTC.
I don't think it's good decision to ask people for kyc like this, they should make it mandatory and than I would know not to use fortunejack at all.
I didn't win $10k or more and I didn't abuse anything so I see no reason for doing this.

Our Fraud and Prevention Department has double-checked the case and found out that one FJ account was trying to be verified by different identification documents. As per the Terms and Conditions of FortuneJack, we've decided to terminate the account as it's a violation of the policy we have.

Forgot to mention Salah, I am writing on mobile from my memory so I skipped that game. I was looking at toke selections to remember what were the games I had to chose from.

You guys trust yourselves quite a lot. Someone who had 0/7 once and 1/7 another time, I can clearly say that I am much better than all of you combined... lol. All jokes aside I would probably just hit Haaland again, that dude does score a lot, Jesus is someone I pick as well, and Kane if he is healthy would be my pick in any game.

Outside of that I do not really know, I used to do Ronaldo last year, but turns out he is not really willing to play nor score this year, he is insisting on the transfer, so I am not guessing he will be doing much this year. At the end of the day, we should be quite happy with whatever we have, and nothing more, that is the type of result I am fine with, "whatever", it is free anyway.
