That we need the statistics page running in order to calculate. You would be able to find it yourself by going to http://foldingcoin.xyz/?token=FLDC&total=500000&start=2016-03-12&end=2016-03-13 and changin the dates you would like to see in the URL field. I know this is not ideal right now, but until we have a stats page dev its only raw data. The calculation server is of higher importance to get back to 100% before the stats page is.

Agreed That one however will only show the people on the actual folding team, not every single folder. In the future a feature rich stats page is preferred. You can see how me and james envisioned a stats page by viewing this google doc https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iPE4_4VaQitgVvvq1rQ5mr9CbeiXz0UA9N4qEBcP6foThat document was created by me and james but we never found a dev for it. You can read it for a general idea of how we envisioned it, but a lot of it will probably change after we find a calculation dev as the way we calculate is different now. That above doc was written april 15th 2015

Those funds to be clear are not FoldingCoins funds, that is my own money that i want to invest in FoldingCoin to get it done. I hope i can find someone cheaper and im still shopping around, but at the end of the day if a dev would get the calculation server running for that price i will take them up on it. Not only would that get a huge weight off my shoulders, but its also a tax write off for me at the end of the fiscal year. For those that dont know, the way 501(c)3 donations work in America is the donor (so me in this case) is allowed to tell the charity what exactly they want their donation to be used for (most of the time a donor leaves it up to the charity such as most donations that go to the Red Cross which then the Red Cross decides where the money needs to go). So I am deciding that i want that money to purely go into the calculation server. I encourage all members of this community to try and help find us a developer that will do it for that price or cheaper, because your right Salim, if you can find someone to do it for lets say $500 then i will commit the remaining $1000 to be general FLDC funds so then the board can decide what we need to spend the other $1000 on. But we NEED the calculation server done first in order to get Merged Folding back and running" and also includes support for bug fixes in what they create and better make it open source after its completed "From the beginning until the end of time, FoldingCoin has and will ALWAYS open source every single thing any developer does for us. Where its open sourced falls in different areas, our most recent code is found under joe looneys github "

You can find everything that FAH has done by going to this link http://folding.stanford.edu/home/papersIts hard to say exactly what papers our folders have helped write for stanford, but for over a year we have been between 5-10% of all folders on the FAH network if that helps answer your question

Read my above answers before i answered this one as i explain that, but basically right now Merged Folding is on hold until its fixed. The board and most of the community does agree that Merged Folding is the most important part of what we are doing here. It opens up so many possibilities. Thats why fixing it to get working again is basically my sole mission right now, but coders are hard to find I am looking into non crypto devs right now to help us fix this and will report as soon as we find someone. If you know of anyone please send them my way rross@foldingcoin.net

First of all, let me clear up that Foldingcoin is not the same as Folding@Home (FAH). Foldingcoin is a non-for-profit organization that uses the output from the FAH client and rewards folders for their contribution to that platform. If you have only downloaded and setup FAH itself, that doesn´t automatically qualify you for receiving Foldingcoin rewards. You must have chosen a username that conforms to the Foldingcoin standard: yourname_ALL_counterpartyaddress where yourname is any name you choose, ALL will allow you to get all the merged folded tokens currently offered, and counterpartyaddress is a Counterparty compatible bitcoinaddress, as Foldingcoin is a Counterparty asset. Also don´t forget to specify a teamname (Foldingcoin team is 226728) and enter a passkey which you can request per email. We cannot track your work units until you have set up a proper username as described above. We cannot give retroactive credit for folding you already completed before joining the Foldingcoin project. To help you get set up properly, please follow our tutorials at

Yes sorry, with what little time i have had for FoldingCoin i have been talking with a lot of developers from professional companies. From what i gather from them is that they need at least $5,000 worth of work for it to be worth their time so toptal is no longer an option as A) we dont have the money and B) we dont need 5k worth of work, we only need the merged folding and calculator fixed. So i think i am going to try some other crypto developers again and i will also be attending my next local PHP meetup here in indianapolis to try and see if i can find a worker there. And yes the distribution is being sent out now, thanks for all your understandings https://blockscan.com/address?q=15PHzUT6VfteWSXGP9eVKazJrpR9xFiWxRThis payout is for 5/10-5/29. I think it might actually be better for us to do these monthly for the time being as that distribution just cost $50. So if we do them weekly now then thats about $200 per month since the price increase on bitcoin. I will talk with Jona about this and see what he thinks. Thanks Folders!

With the 100 million coins that have been set aside, are these included as part of the total coins in circulation on coinmarketcap? Or are they set aside with the remaining 700M?
