I'm a bit dazzled. Gaia wallet doesn't seem very user friendly. I downloaded the wallet and installed it, everything seemed fine, but now after restarting there is no trace of gaia launcher and wallet shortcut on the right side of the tool bar. What am I doing wrong?

I tried restarting the gaia.exe file, I get the gaiaLauncher box, but port is missing and it simply doesn't launch.

It seems to work now, but there is some glitch. If you exit the launcher icon in the tool bar and upon restarting exe file, I had to make several attempts, before the wallet actually opened.

And yes, the wallet seems a nice foundation, hoping to see it polished even more and with added promised features according to roadmap. Skins are nice addition, but we need real features as announced. And when that comes, with a good marketing gaia is good to go higher places.

if you shut down the wallet/launcher. sometimes it can take upto (with me) i think ~10 seconds before deamon actually shuts down. it will not relaunch when still shutting down.

. try waiting a little longer before pressing launch again.(sometimes shuts down faster than other times with me) hope it helps.

No worries, everything worked fine afterwards. Thanks for your response. I must admit the concept is really great and is bringing a new wave in crypto. Bitcoin is becoming obsolete as we speak, like a giant awkward dynosaurus that didn't adapt.

Yes, it would take longer to start and shutdown, in Launcher 2.0 we will account for this delay and add a countdown for shutdown. Coin daemons do not shut down instantly, this is normal.
Also we need to remove wallet restart upon changing skins, as a restart in this case is not really warranted. Will talk with the other the devs about making this process separate from other settings.

That was a great mistake. It's not good to think shorttime. But you have the chance to rebuy. 500 sat is a good price...

What was the ICO price and quantity sold? Is there a lot of "bagholders"?

I can't check the richlist @ http://blocks.luckyalt.com:3006/ it is in the OP
But I think this is not a coin whit a few bagholders.
Large IRC community and price is going up nicely

In back then, dev try to stabilize (aka "pump") the price to 700 sat and they did twice so far but not manage to hold there.
Many ppl just dump as much as they can to out the market (mostly with loss if i saw in chart), maybe they see no future of this coin.

Now, we may have another challenge for 700 sat, but this time not by dev alone, so i hope this will pass through.
I am ico holder and i am not planning to hold this coin for long term with current development since i have better option,
but if price speak differently....
