Are there any issues known with payments today? I didn't received for 10% of my nodes no payments. All nodes are updated since requested to v3.9 and running without any shutdowns. I will check it tomorrow again.

To whom I can send a PM with the IP address to check it if still no payments are visible for that server? thank you

You can mannually check status of your node yourself at https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/?page=nodecheck .

If you run more then one node, try inter connecting them with nhz.wellknownpeers= option on nhz-default-proparties file.

 

Now they are getting again paid but for the 21.04.2015 are missing many payouts. That's what I can't understand.

Charset?
Maximum number of characters?
Or is the fee per 1000 characters rising? How does it work?

Hah, I found something in the (old!) manual:

HEX_STRING is the hex-encoded message. The content and encryption method for this string are not predefined; this is up to the developer.

What are the encryption methods supported in the GUI so that
the recipient can decode the msg when he receives it in his wallet?

The message size is currently capped at 1000 Bytes.

Is that also, and still, the case with HZ?

We are working on larger updates, such as improving the HZxchange, update to current NXT version, unannounced assets, and the AT.

Oh! At last Outdated HZ node seem stopped getting paid node bounty!

Last day node bounty was around 499.xHZ where today I can see its start despatch around 595.xHZ/node/day. It's a good decision to keep network current & node owner's to look after their node right way.

Posts from the team pretty much every single day. Nothing is being abandoned whatsoever.

As for unreleased news, I am not allowed to give any, so it is just a situation where things are in development but have to keep quiet about it.

James Malach is back and hopefully yes, I also want to get my asset added on the trusted assets, been submitted, and he said this weekend. So hopefully he has time to get some other website stuff done "soon."

Yes, once updates and news come out it will likely go up, the times in between it can drop. This is the same all over. The good thing about cheaper prices is if you want to buy some that is great, not really the time to sell though.

As mentioned before I'm only missing payout of 20% of my nodes for the 21-04-2015. Without changing something 22.04 onwoards everything is fine again. I can't found any reason why the are not counted at that day. Days before and after it is/was ok. Missing some thousand of HZ in the moment for that day.

I would say you have good timing buying low (cryptos are always risky of course, even Bitcoin), still, news will be coming in the future and that should drive the price up quite a bit then. Just make sure to keep the coins in your wallet so you get the 10% annual interest. That is significant when you have a large amount of HZ. Also, you should be forging with that much Horizon.

If you plan to buy more you can also just set orders, although nothing wrong with driving the price up...

It is a fixed amount, the 10% interest is distribution based. So after it is fully distributed then there will no longer be 10% -- Roughly to the end of this year. Great time to hold some though.

The newer Nxt wiki version is talking about AES - is that the right one to use, if I want the recipient to have my message auto-decrypted in his GUI?
