The web wallet doesn't need https. Transactions are signed in the browser, the passphrase is never sent to a remote server.
The same is valid for hzxchange.

i can't run it without disabling some script and it should be done manually and if you don't, you'll get "could not connect to server" error

There shouldn't be any ssl involved...
