I logged in to Mintpal (after resetting my password). I see my POT balance and I can put a withdrawl address, but there is no where to click to actually withdrawl. At the bottom of the page I see something that says "MintPal Standalone Withdrawal Tool". ANyone know what to do? Or is there really nothing to do but wait (hopefully)?

Edit: Now I just did something and received a withdrawl status... Let's see

Edit edit: Success!

anyone with a zero balance had the missing coins show up?

and anyone got a reply to a support ticket yet?

No.

...wondering why some account balances were zero and some weren't even on the same coins.....

also why they never reply to any support tickets....

Requested my withdrawal of 193 DRK.  (I reported 190 DRK earlier, couldn't remember exact amount.)  Will update if/when I receive it.

Withdrawal of 193 DRK (first reported 190 DRK) complete and confirmed.  The TX hash showed up in Mintpal when it was generated under "Withdrawal Status" (previously said "Requested" or something like that), and the TX popped up in my wallet a few seconds later.  Confirmation in a block followed within a few minutes.

EDIT: Based on the timestamps for these posts, it took approximately 1.5 hours for my withdrawal to go through.

So this is coming from that big wallet that originated from a bunch of known MP addresses. It's possible these have all been legitimate withdrawals then, I guess, which would be very good news for all the others with DRK stored in MP.

Latest in the "chain": https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drk/tx.dws?613190.htm

The random amounts actually match what you'd expect to be withdrawals pretty well.

Yes, considering that this wallet currently has around 5% of all DRK, and is the 3rd-richest DRK address, I think this is a pretty good sign for DRK holders on Mintpal.  Maybe the earlier transactions that we saw from this wallet were legitimate withdrawals to people who had requested them via e-mail or other something?

Possible. I was thinking you could cross reference when the transactions happened vs when the exchange was actually up, but that wouldn't prove anything really. There could've been a lot of queued withdrawals from before it went down the second time that they processed manually, etc.

It just seems likely to me that if one guy was going to scam the money from that address that he would take it all, rather than "only" 50-80k or whatever. So I'm hopeful for folks (I don't have any DRK in MP, but do have a small amount of some other coins).

REPORTING GUIDELINES:

1. What are the coins and are they missing, stuck, or withdrawn ok?

2. Did you have an incorrect balance and this got corrected later?

3. Was you account one of the 10% that said 'account does not exist'?

4. Did you ever get a reply to a support ticket?

EXAMPLE:

coins - DRK, 100, withdrawn ok
balance - was zero but was corrected
missing account - no
reply to ticket - no

Yes, something like queued withdrawals could explain it.  I mean, clearly they have a lot of DRK and they are not doing anything to hide the fact that they are disbursing payments from that wallet.  Hopefully 265,000 DRK is enough to handle everybody's accounts.

It would be nice if other people started posting TXID's and blockchain explorer links to other coins that MintPal controls so that we can monitor the addresses.  The bigger coins in particular would be nice, like DOGE, XMR, XC.  And of course BTC and LTC.

Just remember folks, MintPal was around before Alex Green / whatshisname / Moolah came around.  It was presumably run by honest people (although they did get hit with an exploit).  I don't think they would just completely hand over the reins to Alex Green and retain no oversight.

1 . these are my missing coins on mintpal
BTC  0.139xxxxx missing
AUR  ?.HuhHuh?? missing
DOGE ?.HuhHuh?? missing
MZC ?.HuhHuh?? missing
MYR ?.HuhHuh?? missing
NAUT ?.HuhHuh?? missing
NOTE ?.HuhHuh?? missing
SYS - This is a weird one. I had 537xx.xxxxxxxx of which 2.xx have been withdrawn while the rest are missing.

2. I have an incorrect balance that is not yet corrected.

3. My account was NOT one of those that does not exist.

4. I have a prior support ticket for missing SYS and another for missing BTC from before the site went down, but have not yet received a response.

*note that some of the alt-coins I listed may have been pending buy or sell orders (which could get cancelled) and therefore might increase the amount of missing BTC.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Only Uro was transfered.

If I try the other coins and click save changes, the number of the withdrawl address just disappears and nothing else happens.

Anyone knowing the reason?

I do have about 78 XMR in there, but that's one of the daemons that are listed as being "currently unavailable". I'm not sure how much success you have tracking Cryptonote blockchains anyway? My small amount of BTC (0.078) is also "Requested", but BTC is listed as "currently undergoing a rebuild / reindex".

Just requested a withdrawal of 3000+ darkcoin.

They are displaying a TX ID that I don't see in the blockchain explorer.

I'll update this post when I receive the coins.
