There's a disagreement on the network between Linux and Windows wallets, Windows is on the longer chain while Linux rejects it. This is halting Linux wallets at block 2,264,246. Updating Windows wallet now to compare and find out where this disagreement stems from and how to resolve it.

It seems that checkpointing was not adhered to on Windows clients and when a longer chain came along they connected to it leaving Linux on the shorter fork. Windows clients show the same checkpoint as Linux clients but just ignores it. The checkpointing feature in Cannabiscoin was inherited from the source coin and looks like it is going to need some testing to make sure it works effectively across platforms. A temporary relaxing of checkpointing will be applied to the source to allow Linux to follow the longest chain and a solution will be found that gets both Windows and Linux to behave in the same way.

If you run a Linux node please pull changes and recompile.

Approval for what?  Nevada already legalized, last weekend. Look at the plethora of states that have passed legalization initiative already and then try and find where it correlates to CANN's historical price.

FWIT, CANN is based out of AZ, who have time and time again voted against ballots initiatives to legalize.  What happens in NV has absolute no impact on CANN.

I've been on this train ride for years and have by rebuys set accordingly, still at least 50% over priced. (now closer to 75-80%)

Bitcoin/cryptocurrency trading and transactions are tax free in Nevada, the next natural step is for dispensaries to use cryptocurrency alternatives since it is a cash only market right now.

Been spending a few hours on this, attempting to setup some Solo mining (for fun)

I cannot get the QT-Wallet app to open a RCP server.

Checking my open ports, it does not listen on the port listed in the config file.

Has this feature been turned off/not added to the version of Wallet currently available?

(EDIT)

Nevermind, I am stupid.. figured it out.

After playing around with it, decided to make a quick video on mining CanabisCoin.

I'll try to make a few more videos on troubleshooting and possibly speeding up the wallet sync.

Let me know if there are things I should add on, or important information I missed.

A friend told me the download link for the wallet was down..

So I created a torrent for that, and one for the blockchain up to date as of today.

If you're talking about the 3 bitcoin buy, that's hardly enough of a stack to pump over. I hope you're not thinking that's enough of a stack to justify a pump.

I had 500,000 CANN in 14 years, but was sold at a very low price, and then went up to 17000sat, and I was very sad.
