I found this coin many days ago before the hard fork and it looked interesting, but I can't find the current specifications now, especially min/max age, annual interest rate, max reward per block, recommended block size, etc. Could anyone please help? Thank you

Max age : 30 days
annual interest rate varies 1%-10,000% . It changes every block. There is no way to know what the interest rate is at that moment
No recommended block size, no max reward, go as big as you want.

   Will this be a hard fork?  Are new clients required?  No mention of this in the OP.  I follow this thread, and this one flew right over my head.  I must have been reading fork and thinking it was the fork that just happened 2-3 weeks ago.

The development goes very fast. maybe when you where on hollyday vacation you mist the avalance of BALLS with hyperinflation where Mario Draghi would be envious.

Staking Changes

• Stake Rate changed dramatically
• Stake Rate will change each block
• • Now based on block timestamp
• Stake Rate = Last Two Digits of Timestamp
• If the last two digits are 00, stake rate is increased to 100,000%

• Fork kicks in at Block 360,000 (Same block as 10k's Fork)
