i not have .conf set up. how to set up please step by step. thank you ^_^

close your wallet.  if you're on windows in your C: drive go to folders "users" "your username" "AppData" "Roaming" "snowballs" in the snowballs folder make a new text document named "mmxiv.conf"  (not sure if should be named snowballs.conf but it works the way I have it)
and make sure it's NOT titled mmxiv.conf.txt
then edit it and add

addnode=104.131.67.225
addnode=46.105.217.104
addnode=5.250.177.28
addnode=46.165.209.140

then close/save and restart the wallet

I would do the 2 into 1 and leave mmxiv for a while yet after all there is still less than 530k of them

but taking the best parts of BALLS and 10k and combining them might be a great idea... while cutting the money supply back substantially, even 2 balls for every new coin and 3-1 for 10k or however you'd figure that out.

Ok guys, just got home from Florida and back to my workstation. Sorry about the week long absence, but it will be worth it. Just let me work on some stuff now that I'm back   Kiss

Will be trying to push through a fix that I'm hoping will go live across the network and fix these errors without you guys needing to do anything. Staking appears to have been unaffected on both my local machines and all the GorillaStake servers I checked

I have reproduced and diagnosed the problem; confident I can fix it fairly easily

Change has been pushed to the network. Please ensure you are on version 2.0.2, restart clients and report results. Should be no need to download the blockchain from the start

Looks like the checkpoints aren't playing well with timestamp-based rewards. Staking will remain unaffected, but the alert seems to be active even though the checkpoints do appear to be valid. The db errors should be gone now, though. If anyone still sees those after a wallet restart, please let me know. I'm working on making the checkpoints more acceptable without compromising what they need to do

Basically, checkpoints aren't working well with timestamp rewards. Did not see this issue on testnet. Working on a fix without requiring a fork. It appears that the alert doesn't actually verify the checkpoints accurately, as they are valid on the network as far as I can see. So.. I'm going to let the current setup run for a few days (with the INVALID alert, even though they are valid) to test if the new update to checkpoint server permanently resolved the db issues. If the bandaid fixes that, then it is not the old clients causing issues, like I said from the start

Is it some kind od staking address or something, cause I have only 3 address in my wallet:

10:14:23
listaccounts

10:14:23
{
"" : 1389962571.12751508,
"nova1" : 13292040.24890600,
"nova2" : 169501945.74479201,
"nova3" : 120287593.72531100
}

why there is 4th address?

Well since you posted that here.. my guess is you have a change address. As far as the negative balance in the other wallet, I believe that was an orphaned change transaction. That account only exists as an orphan, so if you import all the positives into a fresh wallet you'll be good

While it is a visually intimidating problem, those coins never actually existed. It is a bug in the display, and has been noted, but just import all the positive keys to a fresh wallet and report back

For anyone else reading this, listaccount will probably have a change address for most of you who did it on accident, resulting is discrepancies between wallet UI and the explorer, as the wallet adds all addresses together while the explorer displays them individually

This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on April 24th unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.2 BTC.

so after I import keys to new wallet, my new wallet balance is 0. so I guess I already moved all the real coin, so in my wallet there is only ghost coins, and after import keys to fresh wallet, they diapered and my balance is 0. I deleting these wallet and moving on. My second wallet is fine with 1.5 billions and staking fine.

Yea, I'm going to post a whole media page on GorillaStake. I made a lot of contacts down there and think media will need its own tab now for what I'm going to be up to in the coming months
